The shop is very cute and the staff was friendly, but the espresso wasn’t my favorite. I prefer stronger lattes and I could barely taste the flavor of the coffee. I would try it again though :)

I was there yesterday on Saturday, December 7. I walked in and said hi Meghan to the girl at the cashier she did not respond to me. I paid for my coffee I left a tip for $2 only usually I leave $10 sometimes 20 because I come there every two weeks Saturday and Sunday. I was very uncomfortable I said thank you no one even responded to me. I took the coffee and put it in the trash outside I didn’t feel like drinking it. I felt very unwelcome and I’m not the only one who complained about this is other few people who goes there and stop going there. Those people doesn’t care about your coffee place because it’s not theirs. I will never go there again. I wish one of you can come with me one day and see how they welcome the customers. All the best to you Great product but the worst customer service .

Unfortunately had very bad experience at this coffee shop

The coffee I received was not a full cup, everyone else got full cup coffee but mine was like missing one fifth-ish, so I asked can I get a full cup of coffee.
The staff gave me a very funny response, quote “it’s same amount of coffee, it’s just milk”. Okay so can you pour in more milk so I can get a full cup of coffee.

The staff unwillingly poured in milk, and this time the staff really poured full-full, can’t even put on lid, the coffee split out, it was messy. Not sure if the staff did this purposely or not, I suspect so, it certainly felt so. At this point I was already disappointed enough, first not getting a full cup like everyone did, then poured my coffee all out.

So I went to a table, wipe the coffee cup and my hand, then a white dude walked to me, in a very rude disrespectful way, started to blame me that I poured coffee on their counter and dirt their counter. I told him what happened, told him if you treat all your customer equally or just be professional handling costumer service this thing would never happen. But that dude just kept making excuses.

After all that I started to write google reviews, the staff finally came to apology. Not the first guy, not the 3rd guy. Was just full of disrespect and excuses in that coffee shop. I certainly won’t go to this place anymore and will tell people around me stay away.

Made my drink iced instead of hot, then when remaking my drink somehow made a vanilla cappuccino with no foam and taste like black coffee. both workers had a bad attitude when we were literally just trying to be talkative and nice. There are dozens of coffee shops in the area, if you want to stay in business or keep customers the bare minimum is hiring people who can smile and at least pretend to have a good attitude.
