The shop is very cute and the staff was friendly, but the espresso wasn’t my favorite. I prefer stronger lattes and I could barely taste the flavor of the coffee. I would try it again though :)

Walked in, saying hello. Nothing from the person working. Felt like I was bothering them or something. I like the coffee but customer service is alright. Maybe they are having a rough day but it’s not ideal for the business.

I’ve been an Alana’s customer for years ! I’m very fussy about my morning cortado and they deliver the best - and they’re always caring and upbeat ! Nice space, lovely cups.
