My guests and I were looking forward to a lovely dinner for four on Sunday, February 15th. We were excited to visit Scarlett and anticipated a relaxed and enjoyable evening. When our waiter approached the table, he recommended that we place our full order at once and assured us that the courses would be paced throughout the evening. Unfortunately, that did not happen. All of the dishes arrived at the same time, which made the experience feel rushed. It gave us the impression that the table needed to be turned quickly, rather than allowing us to enjoy a leisurely dinner as expected. This practice was disappointing, as it took away from what could have been a truly wonderful evening. On a positive note, the food itself was excellent and beautifully prepared. We were greeted by both Robert, GM & Christopher, Manager who rectified the situation and did their best to make everything right. Admitting this was not their normal service flow, they said the notes were helpful and they will relay to their staff. Would return for the food and make sure to re-confirm the pacing of service before the order goes to the kitchen!

One of the worst steak frites I've had. They didnt bother cutting it nor leaving the right knife. The fries were good. Appetizers were better than the main meals. The place is underwhelming and looks and feels cheap. Meatball was good.

The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and the food was genuinely good. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the kitchen. We frequently had to flag down staff for basic needs like water refills, and after our mains were served, no one checked in on us. We were left sitting with empty plates for over 20 minutes, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. With that said I would not return.
Server came to the table twice. 20 minutes after we finished appetizer the server finally came back the told us kitchen was closing so we had to have everything in right then. Nothing special for birthdays and server was rude.

Good experience! Definitely lived up to the hype. Nothing was added for a birthday reservation but didn't put too much weight into that so it was okay. We sat in the dining area which allowed a clear view of the performance. We got to see it twice during the visit. Very impressive. Magician walking around but never stopped at our table. Staff appeared a bit frantic and we were rushed out around 10:30pm after ordering dessert. Overall would still recommend!

The starters were decent (cesar salad and meatballs). The entrees were very bland (chicken parmesan and pasta). The crowd was mixed and a bit odd but definitely a cool design and fun aesthetic. Fun to check out but won't be a regular spot.

We had an amazing dining experience. The food, the service., the atmosphere were all incredible. Nathan took very good care of our group in the private room. The magician and the aerialist show throughout the night was an added bonus to the evening. We will definitely be back again soon!!
