The venue is decent if you go I recommend going earlier in the night. I'll be honest they're very iykyk pr-y so they'll make you open a tab and spend at least a certain amount. It's where they shot The Idol so not much of a surprise. Later in the night, the line gets crazy and I experienced some racism from someone in the line telling me I don't belong in this country this is as I'm leaving the venue so I was surprised security didn't kick them out of the line.

Atmosphere was fine I guess but this place is an absolute scam- cover for men only was $75 each and then when we tried to close out at the bar they came up with 150 bar tab minimum rule- no heads up or anything. I will gladly pay for a good time but this place was so mid they had no place charging a cover much less a 150 bar minimum? no wonder nightlife in LA sucks now

If I could give zero stars I would. We were in line and one of my friends (who was sober) started having a medical emergency and passed out. We asked for water and rather than assisting us they kicked us out of line and never brought water. We had to beg for them to bring water so we could help our friend. We were really excited to come here too because the friend who was having the emergency hyped it up so much. It really is a shame how disappointing the customer care was.

A cool spot the manager or the owner outside is very respectful cool and nice. Security staff is not cool at all trying to show off even it doesn’t take anything more than smile to make people respect you and listen to you. The bartenders are super good one of them is super sweet and hard worker but definitely needs one more person to help selling since 2 is not enough to make drinks for 100’s same time. Went on a Friday and Saturday and was told we needed to be on a guest list. I’ve been previously and it wasn’t impressed enough to be turned away twice to other times for such a humiliating experience.

Okay, so here are why the other reviews are so low. I've been to this place twice, because I have a friend who DJs here. The atmosphere is cool, it's much smaller than it looks initially but it does have that house party feel a little bit. My non-alcoholic cocktail the first time - outstanding. The second time I tried to order the same thing but they were changing the menu so the woman bartender offered to come up with something similar. Both bartenders were very nice. My friend called and said that he was trying to get in so I went to the door to look for him to ask to bring him in past the line. I looked around at the front door with my drink for maybe 2 seconds before a large Samoan security woman and another large security guy started getting in my face and yelling at me incoherently. There was Zero conversation, there was just yelling and not even allowing me to respond. By the way I am a tiny woman. I didn't even get the chance to explain that I was looking for my friend, and moreover I was not standing outside the building and I didn't even have alcohol. I was physically pushed back into the club, my $20 drink ripped out of my hand and physically pushed outside. Unfortunately for this bar, City Regulators who are very interested in this sort of behavior will be hearing about it.

Saw a cluster of well dressed European gents and came up with a bar tab minimum on the spot for a Thursday night just for us! I know because they were letting others on the "guest list" in just fine (no proof of guest list was being shown). Shame as I patronized this place when it was empty and literally invited a bunch of friends, some visiting from other cities or countries, saying good things about the vibe and music. Both were still great and the place was packed this time! But the service left a sour taste. Poor way to conduct business. Drink prices were also atrocious! Beware of the ego trippers at the door!

Very pretentious, predatory, and racist bouncers who try to upcharge you to get in despite nobody else being in line and the place not at capacity. $75 dollar bar minimum to listen to Spotify’s 2000s playlists? Give me a break. Small, cramped, overprice drinks. Either they’re harassing women to get in or making guys wait outside to make it look exclusive. Would NOT recommend.
