This place is Amazing! Chicken tequila pasta is to die for. Brunch is so good and the bottomless mimosas are the best, you never see your glass empty. Recommend 100%

Prices are reasonable and the food is good. That is the basics of having a successful restaurant . Breakfast too. I sure hope they reopen for business

Love this place. The service is always friendly and the food and ambience are great. The bartender lady makes terrific martinis. I really hope it opens back up soon after their Covid shutdown because we need our awesome, reliably good neighborhood restaurant back!

Awesome place for basic breakfast but if you get Chris as your waiter go somewhere else. Ignorant and rude. Yelled at my boyfriend and I for nicely approaching a guy with a to go box asking if he was going to be leaving so we could take his spot since everything was full. The customer kindly said we could take the table because he was just finishing up and the waiter yelled at us for harassing the customer, which the customer clearly had no problem with us kindly approaching him.

Love this place! I'm a first timer here. They have a waitlist option which is wonderful cause the wait here I see can be pretty intense. But let me say it's soooo worth it. Their food and coffee here are amazing! The service is outstanding. Over all love this place and will definitely be coming back.

First time at cafe Olla, and so pleasantly surprised. When I walked up to add my name to the wait list I was quoted over an hour for two people. They set you up on a virtual waitlist and text you when your table is ready. I was shocked to get a text 20 mins after adding my name.

Im so glad this place is still in business. I went 3 years ago & I ate one of the best crispy chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It was awesome. I don't recall the service, but it must've been good. Thanks!

I love this place! Please open back up! They haven't opened yet since the closures in March. The food is good, love sitting outside and the staff is really nice. I LOVE their seasonal pumpkin pancakes!!!

It's a little pricey for what you get, but it always has hot waiters and consistently good food. I even got MAJOR food poisoning once on the salmon (ewwwww) and I've still hundreds of times before that and dozens of times after because it's a great place, especially for catching up with friends or networking. Just avoid the salmon and you'll be fine. And that guy (everyone knows who) with the tan shorts and the amazing butt is worth the trip. Well-deserving of community support.

I have been meaning to write a yelp review for Basix Cafe in Weho for ever! Pre-quarantine we use to frequent Basix often for a fun brunch (bottomless mimosas). The food was consistently good and the atmosphere was even better. Located on Santa Monica Blvd in Weho, it is in the middle of everything and there is a great vibe/energy for weekend brunch. I've eaten at Basix one time for dinner, and while the food was good, it was a little sleepy. I definitely recommend it for a fun weekend brunch spot! They've been closed due to the COVID19 state orders, but hopefully they open back up soon... at least their outdoor patio.

Sorry but I went 3 years ago & I'm so glad they're still in business because all I could remember is trying their Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It is one of the best I have had. They're service must've been good too because I dont have any bad memories of it. That chicken sandwich, I do recommend.
