Nancy, who works here is absolutely the best human! Always smile so kind and thoughtful and one of the main reasons I always come back. The products are good too, and if you take advantage of the point system, there are some good rewards.

I’ve tried a lot of protein shakes over the years, but Body Energy stands out as a clear favorite. Not only does it pack a solid amount of protein to help fuel my workouts and recovery, but it also tastes amazing—smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet like many others on the market.

Body Energy Club in West Hollywood is fantastic! Love going there staff are super friendly and quick, space is very clean and the music is on point. Protein smoothies are always fresh, delicious and honestly super affordable compared to anywhere in LA. Highly recommend for a healthy pick-me-up!

I’m really disappointed by how I was treated today, completely unprofessional and not customer-friendly. I’ve been coming here every single day for over a year now, always ordering the same bowl. Today, I was handed the wrong item, and when I pointed it out, the staff admitted they should’ve asked. Then her colleague came over and she spoke to me with a rude and dismissive tone: « you could’ve said it was a bowl ».

When I said this isn’t how you speak to a regular customer, she responded with, “Well, the way you came in…”, as if that justified the attitude.

This experience was unacceptable. It’s not about the mistake, it’s about how you treat people. Professionalism and respect should never be optional. Best of luck for the future.

The woman working the front desk tonight in the grey sweater was extremely rude and bizarre. She was also unable to enunciate when we had basic questions.
