On a busy corner so outdoor tables are not great,but the griddle cakes are awesome! It’s like a cross of oatmeal and a huge pancake. The chicken sausage is great as are the eggs!

Ate the oatmeal griddle cakes, eggs, and chicken sausage. The griddle cakes were INSANELY good. Chicken sausage had a great flavor. Eggs cooked perfectly to my specifications. Great salsa on table. Food was hot, delicious, and satisfying.

Their gluten-free griddle cakes are dairy-free as well! As long as you ask for no butter on top. Also the fresh orange juice is delicious. The seating is closely packed and it can be very loud at times - probably not enough to bother most people but if you have noise-related sensory issues or severe social anxiety it will be noticable.

If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that perfects simplicity, Breakfast by Salt's Cure is a gem. The menu may be limited, but every dish is crafted to perfection. I had the chicken burger with added avocado, and it was phenomenal—juicy, flavorful, and paired with the creamy richness of the avocado. The oatmeal pancakes with apples were another standout, balancing hearty texture with just the right amount of sweetness.

The service was also a highlight: pleasant, efficient, and quick. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Definitely worth a visit!

I’ll be dreaming of the griddle cakes until I can visit again.

It’s not a big menu but a good example of a place that knows how to do the things they do well. The griddle cakes were the perfect amount of sweet (no syrup here) and at a very good price pint. We had eggs as a spice (The eggs were perfect) Griddle cakes can be made gluten free.

My daughter & her boyfriend took my husband & I for breakfast here. We tried OG which pancake with oatmeal & chicken burger. They’re all delicious, service was good, staffs were friendly & the place was super busy

Awesome people working here. But it is quite small. The kitchen is open in the front of the restaurant so it’s quite loud inside the restaurant. The food was good but I got a very minor stomach ache after.

OMG the pancakes were the best pancakes I’ve ever had. And they made mine gluten free! Finding gluten free pancakes is awesome but then to have them be that good. Omg yummy is an understatement

Best gluten free pancakes in all of LA. Actually, best breakfast spot in all of la. Always very quick and hits the spot perfectly. Pancakes are thin and light and don’t give you that awful feeling after.

Don’t skip on the eggs or roasted potatoes either, both work perfect with the pancake.

Wish they had espresso or some other specialty drinks but the food makes up for it.

It's good! But maybe not worth the price? I did enjoy and would go back, but for special occasions
