My wife and I had an amazing dinner experience at Chin Chin! The host greeted us warmly and immediately.We ordered the new Garlic Chili Crisp wontons and they were so delectable. The broth the wontons came in was delicious and had the right amount of spice, we couldn't resist finish it like a soup. My wife and I decided to share 3 entrees. The Crispy Spicy honey chicken, General Tso's chicken, and Vegetable Fried Rice. All were top notch! The highlight was the General Tso's chicken recommended by our fantastic server, Omar.Omar's hospitality was grade A! The manager also came by to check how we were doing and made sure our dining experience was going well. Outstanding service by all. Great establishment and the cherry on top was that there was easy parking access off of the busy sunset strip.We will be returning very soon. Five Stars!!!

Made reservation for 8:30 on open table. We didn't realize the restaurant closed at 9:00 but it was clear they didn't want us. Hostess looked stunned even after I confirmed our reservation. We sat for over 15 min before being acknowledged. Server walked by numerous times addressing others. Appetizer came first but with no plates or cutlery. We sat another 5-10 min watching our appetizer get cold. I finally walked through restaurant to grab my own plates and cutlery off another table. Server seemed surprised we already had plates when our drinks came another 5 min later!!!! After meal they were too busy cleaning and putting up chairs to bring bill. We thought about just leaving but instead had to find someone to pay. The food was good but service makes the experience and this place fell flat!! If they don't want late comers don't offer late times. We could have come earlier. I will also note we were not the only ones there. About 2-3 tables were still finishing up. All in all we left by 9:30 after our self serve meal!! I don't recommend.
This was my first time back in several years and my boyfriend’s first time as well!! Immediately we were greeted, sat promptly and had an excellent server names Asia. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and just over all the nicest server ever! Definitely will be coming back. Good job guys!

We were seated right away, but then no one came back to get our order and it took another person (Sara M.)to ask us if we had been helped yet and we said no after 15 minutes. Sara M. came back and said would be our server and she was amazing. She turned our first impression around since we came to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
