I have been coming to this Chipotle weekly for around two years now and I'm sad to say that after today, I will not be returning. The customer service has been slowly declining over the last couple of months and today was the last straw. I entered the restaurant excited for my chicken bowl and left hungry and disappointed with the abysmal customer service. When I got to the front of the line, I was left to wait for a couple minutes while an employee who was late to their shift got ready. Said employee then proceeded to give me the worst serving sizes I have ever received from a Chipotle. When we got to the meat, I asked if he could please add a little more as the scoop looked less than an acceptable portion which is something I hate doing but please see the photo below and tell me that's a full serving of meat. He combatively responded telling me that I would need to get double meat if I wanted more, which I obviously did not do after his first scoop. I now sit here hungry writing a review that doesn't matter but I feel like the service I received today encompasses the general direction this location is headed. Please save yourself the time and go to another location or restaurant as you're most likely going to leave disappointed.

I ordered a bowl with DOUBLE chicken AND steak.They only gave me one scoop of chicken. They didn’t even put lettuce in it either like i requested.Second, my chicken burrito DIDNT EVEN COME WITH MEAT. I got a stupid rice and beans burrito only?!I complained to chipotle and I didn’t even get a damn refund nor did they want to make thing right. I’ll make sure I tell my coworkers and friends at Cedars not to go to this dump.

I usually don't review massive chains, but the Customer Service at thus location, in particular, needs a spotlight. Alberto took care of preparing an EXCELLENT burrito bowl for me and despite my nitpicking the ingredients, was patient with me and offered kindness! Give the man a raise or hire more like him! The Cashier was also pleasant as well! God bless, all!

Out of barbacoaOut of steakOut of cornOut of aguas frescasOut of chipsEvery table was filthy, and when I grabbed a spray bottle and a rag and started cleaning mine, an employee took them from me and chastised me FOR DOING HIS JOB THAT HE WASN'T DOING!It didn't help that there were only 4 employees working. They seemed as stressed as hell, each of them doing the job of at least two people.

This location messes up my order every other time I go. I usually order on the app because of their frequent long lines. I'm guessing when they run out of ingredients, it doesn't translate to the app, and they just make a random meal when you order on the app. This happens literally 50% of the time, and I can't even understand how this is ethical. Chipotle has gone so down hill the past couple years. I wasn't going to leave a review until they gave me the wrong order once again.

Dear Chipotle,Today, I experienced a sequence of events that left me both hungry and disheartened. It began with a simple desire for a delicious meal from your establishment – a choice I regretfully made.After purchasing a bowl and a black tea encased in a glass bottle, I was handed my order in a standard brown paper bag. Little did I know that this bag would be the catalyst for an unfortunate series of events. Upon exiting a CVS store, the bag failed spectacularly, sending my meal and drink crashing to the floor in a messy display of broken glass and scattered food.Stunned and embarrassed, I watched as a CVS clerk diligently cleaned up the mess. The incident not only inconvenienced the store staff but also left me without my meal.In hopes of understanding and perhaps a gesture of goodwill, I returned to your restaurant to explain the situation. To my dismay, I was met with indifference. There was no acknowledgment of the possibility that the packaging might have been inadequate for the contents, nor was there any offer of compensation or a complimentary replacement meal.I left your establishment for the second time, not only empty-handed but also disappointed by the lack of customer empathy and responsibility. It's not just about the spilled food; it's about the service and care that one expects from a brand like Chipotle.Rating: ⭐️ – For the unmet expectation of quality, both in packaging and customer service.
