I was in LA from NYC with a few friends we needed a recommendation for dinner the night before LA. My friend recommended Craig's from the moment we walked in The Maitre D' Patrick Doherty was so welcoming they sat us down not knowing we are about to order one of the best dinner. The Wagyu steak, the scallops & Filet Mignon the salad wow and the sides wine, service was amazing. We got the Craig's sweatshirts to keep us warm. Very unprofessional manager. I asked one of the staff to talk to the manager, to which he responded that he was busy attending to a customer. He just likes it when dollars shine in his face, but he's unwilling to receive a complaint about how his staff are performing. 🤧👎👎👎👎👎

Arrived and was seated right away. Our waiter was fantastic, food was fabulous and the owner Craig personally came to our table. He was handsome and very nice. Special of the night was shrimp gnochi, excellent. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Arrived late in night, starving! The lady waitress had enough patience for me to decide on the wine and the food. Had the Mignon with Piemonte and do not regret a thing! Although they were close to end hours, she told me I can finish my drink relaxed, which is great when you arrive in a rush and you need to breathe in and relax. Cool spot with history. the security was noticeable nice! Big up! The outside art is trippy and it made me feel that I belong haha. They also offer to go :)

I was so impressed by the food at this restaurant and the service. Our waitress was outstanding! the rigatoni ala vodka was out of this world amazing and the chocolate banana pudding and chocolate chip cookies are a MUST

I will never visit this restaurant again. The female hostess (blonde woman) created an uncomfortable and negative feeling. She was rude and disrespectful. I am elderly and expect some respect. SHE SNAPPED AT ME WHEN I ASKED HER WHEN WE MIGHT BE SEATED. I HAD A DINNER RESERVATION THAT I MADE TWO WEEKS PRIOR. HER ATTITUDE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS LIST IS OFF OUR LIST OF RESTAURANTS WHEN WE VISIT BEVERLY HILLS.

Food was outstanding. Our server was a jerk and made it clear he cared more about flipping the table asap vs facilitating a great experience. Ambiance felt more like a chain restaurant vs. upscale dining experience. Food was really really good. First time in years I've eaten every crumb from the bread basket. Best chicken parm I've ever tasted in my life. The drink menu on the restaurant's website has discontinued items on it. A restaurant of this reputation should have the correct menus on their website. Tried the hot girl sundae for dessert. Wouldn't get it again, but it was fun. The pigs in a blanket were shockingly good. What a surprise. We had a really inappropriate group next to us, which wasn't Craig's fault, but made the ambiance seem like Olive Garden vs upscale WeHo. Had our server been normal and pleasant, this would be a 4 or 5 star review.
