1 star rating is just for today. Monday Jan 26, 2026 time ordered 2:30pm. Vienna coffee sour, not made at all like it should have been. The Military matcha had clumps of matcha in it both undrinkable. The Iced Chai Latte had 0 sweetness to it.
Someone's Barista must be mad at the owner.

Terrible experience. The coffee is not cheap, yet their baristas seem unhappy and careless, often handing over drinks so roughly that they spill. Drinks are literally shoved across the counter with an annoyed “here you go,” spilling. The atmosphere is consistently unwelcoming no matter when I visit. If I’m paying premium prices, I expect basic courtesy and care. Also, be careful — they sell expired food and drinks.

They take their coffee very serious, and the coffee is amazing! However, I ordered a sandwich. It comes pre done and cold from the fridge. It’s literally the opposite of the premium quality feel of the coffee. Don’t do food half done, it decreases the whole premium feel of the coffee

purchased two bags $24 and $31, $24 bag smelled/tasted like it had gone bad and $31 bag had no flavor, seems like it had been sitting for a while. unfortunate.

I changed my rating to 4 , although I love the coffee and I buy it every time but I get weird vibes from the staff 😅 like I try to be chatty with them but I get very cold answers , but I see them very chatty with other costumers so idk it’s the only thing I dislike about the coffee shop
The Totoro coffee is amazing! So good! I LOVE the coffee but the atmosphere is very meh. Dayglow have expanded but the seating is very uncomfortable and the tacky dark blue paint makes me feel like I'm picking up PREP at MISTR.
