I reserved the Doheny Room/ Andy's Bar for a milestone birthday celebration and was deeply disappointed with how my event was handled. Just hours before the party, I was informed that my reserved space was no longer available due to overbooking. Management communicated that another event had taken priority due to a higher payment, which left me scrambling at the last minute, we still tried to make it work because I had 200 guests and was unable to make other plans but it was awful, some of my guests were unable to enter the venue, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.
When booking, I had concerns because I’d seen this happen to another event at the Doheny Room recently, but the manager assured me it was a one-time issue. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope future guests have a better experience, but I would suggest verifying all details thoroughly with a signed contract in advance if you’re considering this venue for an important event. I wish this for no one.

I love this place. The food is amazing. The prices are astronomical. The unibrows are hilarious. They have the best Sunday night quiet night this side of Doheny.

If you are looking for fun don’t go here, besides it being very boring during New Year’s Eve. One of the staff members was very rude and racist towards us. He was a short and buff, I’m pretty sure he was middle eastern and had long hair and wore a hat during the New Year’s Eve party. Fire him immediately he is scaring away your costumers, making the bar lose money.

NOT EVEN OPEN!!!! Made reservation through Open Table and the place the CLOSED!!! Way to ruin a birthday dinner!!! How does this place get a way with this? And what can OPEN TABLE do about this?
Was on vacation for my anniversary, made a reservation, had reservation confirmed. Showed up. Waited outside because doors were locked and restaurant not open. No sign. No message. No apologies. Many other groups in same predicament.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is incredibly misleading & such a scam!!! The menu they advertise online is NOT what they have when you go. They only have, as the server described “extremely bite-sized” appetizers which are all $20+. I did not want to spend over $100 on tiny unfilling food, so I got up and left. Would give this place 0/5 if I could.
On July 6th I got food poisoning from the tuna here. I was hospitalized. The upstairs restrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels. I had to go to the bar and request napkins to dry my hands each time. I've tried emailing, calling and messaging on social media and no one responds. This is irresponsible and the health department should check in here.

We had high expectations from the food at Morimotos, however we were not very impressed. This one was nothing close to our experience at Morimotos in New York. Would hope they improve their menu offerings and excel at it.

Fun clubby vibes upstairs but the bartenders don’t even know how to make a margarita, got it remade after the first time and it still tastes like throw up, sad vibes.
