Fatburger tastes great and always has. I've been enjoying Fatburger since college -- great memories with my college roommate who introduced me to this place. But the prices now are through the roof. Unfortunate.

Fatburger in West Hollywood never disappoints, and my recent visit was truly next-level thanks to Janet. From the moment I walked in, her warm welcome and beautiful smile set the tone for an amazing dining experience. She took the time to go over everything, ensuring my order was perfect and that the food would be made fresh. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the guest and the quality—and Janet absolutely does.The cook here deserves praise as well. Watching the food being prepared on their charbroiler was incredible—the smoky, perfectly grilled flavor is something that makes this location stand out above the rest. Every bite was fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection, making it impossible not to think about my next visit before I even finished this one.Between Janet’s superior service and the delicious, fresh food, this Fatburger has become a spot I’ll keep coming back to. The combination of friendliness, quality, and that unbeatable charbroiler flavor makes it a must-visit in West Hollywood. Would give more than five stars if I could!

I’ve been coming here for years, but after my last visit I will never be back. I actually watched the worker lick his fingers while making my shake, then stick those same fingers directly into the cup to add whipped cream — with no gloves. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. On top of that, I tipped $5 and they still charged me extra for a single ranch (50 cents). The new staff are extremely rude, barely speak English, constantly mess up orders, and clearly have no regard for cleanliness or customer service. This place has gone completely downhill, and it’s a shame because I used to really enjoy coming here.
