I ordered a double burger on a wheat bun with thousand island dressing and skinny fries. I instead got chili cheese fries and two patties cooked to an absolute crisp surrounding tomato and mayo. No bun. Just beef that could pass as cardboard, a tomato slice, and mayo. I wouldn’t wish this meal on anyone.

I have to say everyone who I have ever encountered that works at this location has given phenomenal customer service! Great customer service is so rare these days and I would never expected it at a FatBurger. Janet, especially is so bubbly and attentive to customers. Love the sweet potato fries! It does get pretty hot inside on warm days but sitting at the tables outside is nice, plus there’s never a dull moment on Santa Monica Blvd so there’s always something entertaining to see. Good Burgers, great staff, you can’t go wrong here! <3
