Guisados in West Hollywood has tasty tacos with great flavor, but the overall experience was just okay. The place was super loud, hard to have a conversation, and it wasn’t as clean as I expected. The tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it needed a good sweep. The staff was decent, and the food came out fairly quickly, but the atmosphere took away from the meal. If you’re just grabbing food to go, it might be worth it, but for dining in, I expected a bit more.
Delicious tacos, taste very similar to authentic CDMX street food. Great variety and super efficient service. Restaurant is located in a parking lot, which kind of kills the vibe but the food is still definitely worth it!
