The shashimi is delicious and the portion is huge but I’m livid over being swindled. Called because the 20% off code on text wasn’t working and they tell us they do 15% off over phone. Great! So I order and they they tell us it’ll come to $48. Excellent! Go to pick up the food and they say it’s $84 and the code only applies to sushi rolls. Would have been nice to know this before going in and not have been blatantly lied to about receiving 15% off. Never ordering from here again, bummed because I thought it could be a neighbourhood gem. *sigh*.

Solid sushi joint that never disappoints! Been here mostly for take out, dine in was also good. I like that fish is fresh, have thicker cuts of fish for sushi, and the flavor of spicy tuna/scallop rolls is more umami than other places which I enjoy! Price is also fair!

Only had the chicken teriyaki bento box which didn't come with sushi. But the real culprit was the chicken. I feel like it took effort to make the chicken as dry and flavorless and rough as it was. Truly a terrible meal and a waste of money. Staff was nice, chicken was the worst

I found this restaurant off of yelp. I had called ahead and asked what the wait time was and they had called me back to verify I was calling the right location. My group of friends and I really liked the rolls there were so many different varieties to pick from. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my large group.

Really bummed by the poor service at this place. We were attempting to join our friends at a booth with two available seats when the manager told us we couldn’t because we weren’t there when they were seated. We told them we would gladly leave when they left so we wouldn’t take extra space and reminded them that there was room at the table. This was the intention of our friends getting the larger table. Two people happy and willing to get food and drinks and leave to not take space from other customers and for poor reason the manager just couldn’t allow us to join a table with plenty of space. What a waste of a 45 minute drive. Definitely know this before you go to place like this.

to summarize my feelings about this place, my friend and i started raving about a sushi place we both individually discovered and we were both talking about Hikari. this is the best sushi i've had in LA easily.

I've come here a couple of times. Both times I've taken advantage of the All you can eat menu. The Sushi is just okay, the staff definitely encourages you to order whatever you want. However I'm always afraid that I'll be charged extra for not finishing every morsel. There's signs everywhere and the wait staff remind you that if you don't finish your plate, they're going to charge you extra. I always feel like I have to stuff my face so that my friends can order something else. Either way, it's an experience in the Valley.

Excellent quality at a fair price. It wasn't crowded and they had the NHL Finals on allowing me an annual tradition. Surprisingly not crowded. It should be.

Hikari is my go to! I'm obsessed. Quality is always the same, always so yummy. The perfect local spot to do take out from. If you want a chill sushi spot where you can roll up in your sweats this is the perfect place

They have great rolls. Ever since I found they have the Crazy Burrito Roll (sushi burrito) I come every other week. Liked their Baked Salmon Roll as well. A plus is they always play great music. Staff is very nice
