We got the “Hot and juicy “ mix it was so gross & super oily had no flavor ! Even the color look the same. They brought it out before the fries that should have been a red flag too. Very good food and prices are great. The minus 1 star is because service can be better. We went one day at night time and we were told wait list is 45 minutes and we do not warranty you guys get to eat because kitchen closes at certain time, we asked if there was possibility of us eating and the girl said no.... so why do they even offer to put us on the wait list they should have said it from the beginning. But food is good we went the day after to try it.

Post pandemic service has been awful. I will not be dining in anymore only ordering to go, or better yet taking my money elsewhere. There is no way to make reservations, however if you are there before the rest of your party to solidify seating they won't seat you or reserve your table due to policy. I was promised a booth due to my 3 additional guests being a pregnant woman and two children, shortly after the manager on duty, Lucinda gave away the booth that I was told I was going to receive and did nothing to rectify the situation. Extremely disappointed in the overall service and communication, additionally their serving sizes have severely decreased from before the pandemic.

Great meal! We ordered The Drool Combo, and I was amazed at the size of the meal. Once I started eating, I didn't stop :) Fun vibe, friendly staff, and spicy and delicious seafood.

Just be careful when ordering live crawfish bc they'll tell u its live even though its frozen lol us Louisianians know the difference trus ME. i just hate that they lie about it.

This once favorite place of mine has completed gone down the drain with the rain. Service was HORRIBLE. Greeted by a young man that had an attitude and acted like we were bothering him from the conversations he was having (very loudly) with the other "staff". Had a snippy attitude when asked about sitting outside on the patio. The main sitting wasn't even half way full. Food was over priced, smaller portions and the what ever they were trying to pull off as "fried pork skins" for $ was offensive and looked worse than a bag of $1 pork crackling. I return them. My sausage was literally SWIMMING it what I guess was Garlic Butter. After sitting there for a while, it soon resembled Yellow Cake Batter. During the shift change, the new server introduced herself and VERY SOON AFTERWARDS sauntered over as asked were we ready to leave, in which I replied "I didn't know there was a time limit" on the tables. So many things wrong with this place. Employees all sat around and chatted with each other, very loudly and unprofessionally. I will not be coming back and waiting my money or time

I typically never come here and my first experience here since 2018 details why in so many aspects. For starters they don't sell liquor. FIRSTA RED FLAG! Secondly, I got my crab legs and instead of two full clusters for my LB, I got 1 cluster (with 3 legs on this) plus 3 more legs with claws. I don't know about you guys but the legs with claws are my least favorite I'd prefer having 2 full clusters then 4 claws and 3 regular legs lol. 3rd) they don't have liquor just mixed wine drinks. (Reiterated cause why?!?) The only reason they're getting 2 stars is beachside of the lead server (aj I think her name is) and the server who took over alansky, were so attentive! Everything else is basura! I recommend drunken crab in van Nuys or boiling crab over this.

Had some minor problems with service. Waiter forgot to put my order in but he did make an adjustment on the bill. I thought my medium spicy shrimp with garlic butter sauce and fried catfish were pretty good. If I’m ever in the area again, I would come back.
Be ready to get messy because this was a dining experience. Not a meal: an experience. I ate like 3 lbs of crawfish and feel amazing. Thank you hot n juicy.

Unflavored,expensive I recommend to go to boiling crab instead this is a disappointment on flavor i try put lemon to feel something but it is impossible to rescued this shrimp also I wait 45 mins for my order to be ready just for this ? Plus 18%,20%,25% of gratuity?? If I can I'll be rate it 1 start

4/19/2022 My GF from Burbank has been craving for some get your fingers messy food (her man is missing out as he doesn't like this kind of food) and we drove up to meet at Kickin Crab but they turned us away with Togo orders only! Good thing they did - as I would have not discovered Hot N Juicy Crawfish! Not only is the flavor here on point but I got my craving fixed too! My only disappointment was that they had no garlic noodles and their margarita machine was down so I had zero alcoholic beverages with my meal! Sometimes us girls needs a drink you feel me? Anyhow I got over it. My GF and I dined and it got messy in this type of eatery! Staff was friendly, I won at paying the bill (GF got scratched) trying to pay (still an Asian thing?) - it was all in good fun. Prices are descent and flavor is yum! Parked downstairs in garage right near the target entrance. If we're in town again, I'd be down to get dirty again! Thank you Hot N Juicy Team for serving it up!
