What a nice little dinner for a catch up with friends. The food was delicious and the staff was kind! Love being able to have some tea with the right amount of interaction between staff and getting to enjoy the experience.

We had a great meal celebrating my vegan best friend's birthday. The service was incredible, the food was amazing and my friend got to enjoy some delicious vegan food. We went to the West Hollywood location and we were all impressed how sweet the entire staff was. Our waiter was so great, he made recommendations and added a candle to my friends cake. I'm bad with names, maybe Shane? Brown hair, facial hair, sweet eyes! Highly recommend giving them a try and the vegan nachos were soooooooo good!!!! Thanks Hugo's for making it a great experience!!!
great spot for casual lunch with friends. comfortable seating, not too noisy for conversation, and good food.
Food and service was great! The people behind us was so loud we thought we'd eat outside and have a quieter environment but that wasn't the case
Hugo's offered the perfect place to meet up with friends and have a delicious lunch without breaking the bank. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone's meals were wonderful. Reasonably priced and well located, I will definitely visit again.
A fantastic place for everyone but especially wonderful for vegans. Whenever we are in LA we go there for breakfast/brunch.

All around stellar.
As usual, terrible service. Waited 15mins for server to come back to take our order. Had to hunt down another server to take order. This is pretty typical of this restaurant. Food was tasty though!

As someone with celiac disease and an egg allergy, this was a dream. The food was fantastic even the gluten-free flatbread was delicious. It was so exciting to have lots of options on the menu that we're going to be safe for me.
