Insomnia Cookies

I walked into Insomnia Cookies , or a late night needing cookies in my life and Jennifer appeared around the corner and saved the day with the last fresh 3 cookies that were left in the vegan section. Thank you very much Jennifer for the extra napkins you suggested. It saved my outfit. She’s the best person you want to see in the front helping you on your next cookie endeavor !

I went to this Location I would say about 2 weeks ago around 9pm. They were a busy but I can see the girl up front even though she had a few more people she still had a smile on her face.I don't remember her name but she was wearing hoop earrings and had tattoos. I did buy a cookie sandwich with chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream. The cookies were so delicious and warm.She put it in a box for me which made it easier for me to carry my sandwich while walking around the street. She also offered me something to drink however I had just bought starbucks so I declined. For it being my second time here. You do need more employees like her that have the patience and can interact with different customers and all the different vibes they bring to her on a busy night. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I hadn’t had Insomnia in a long time and after not having the best Crumbl experiences, I thought I’d give Insomnia a try again. It was so good! So much better. It was warm and perfect. Sam was so nice and gave my bf and I an extra cookie. I will never cheat on Insomnia again!

Walked in to place order, & the cashier automatically assumed I had an online order… not sure why. As soon I walk in, I don’t get greeted, cashier just says “who are you picking up for?” I tell her I want to place an order then she looked confused.

Their cookies are so delicious, they melt in your mouth. Absolutely delectable. I highly recommend this place. A treat for the office, birthdays, holidays, or literally anytime day or especially at night to scratch that craving. So good

Don’t sleep on this place!! They have the freshest cookies out of any place I’ve been to, huge selection of gourmet cookies, gelato, and drinks! You honestly can’t go wrong with any cookies from this place, yes it’s the same price as Crumbl but the quality is 10x better in my opinion!
