I remember going to Irv's burgers on Santa Monica when I lived on Kings road like two blocks away always had good burgers right on Santa Monica boulevard across from Mayfair market that place was great Old memories from the '80s thank you

Have driven by here a ton of times and always wanted to pop in. Service was quick. Burgers were not over priced from an LA perspective. I got the double quarter pounder with cheese lettuce onion and ketchup. I think that’s called the roadside burger. Fries were hot and fresh but not really salty at all. Really wanted to try their shakes so will def be back.

Just left this place after getting there fifteen minutes before closing on 7/26/2025. All the workers doing the closing shift here are excellent. Whoever was wearing the blue shirt and black hat taking orders was doing the most I’ve seen from an employee in a really long time. They were great, and deserve the highest praise. The people ordering (absolutely hammered) were insanely rude and disrespectful to the staff, and they still made sure everyone got what they ordered. The food is excellent and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, but the real draw to this place is its employees.

Ps. To whoever was taking orders tonight, you were great given the circumstance and the insanely offensive customers. Straight up stood on business and gave the best service I’ve seen in a while. I’ll be returning entirely on the service you provided

The food is so good here and the sauce specifically is bomb but besides that I want to say that I came very late on July 26, so 1:50AM the 27th, and the employees were really great sports all things considered. They were very nice to let us order pretty much 5 min before close and a bunch of people came behind us and were incredibly rude to them. One meathead guy was even calling them names (this is after closing time). So those employees deserve a raise. We live in the neighborhood and appreciate you and will be back and tipping extra.

I live around the corner and Irv's is a consistently good burger. I love that they added onion rings. Their shake are YUM! I stopped by tonight, and the girl working was busting ass like you just don't see anymore! Great job Lilly keep up the hard work!

Best oreo milkshake in town.

I'm begging y'all to not remove the turkey burger with hatch chiles 😭 I was devastated when my friend let me know it's getting phased out of all the Irv's - it's legit my favorite turkey burger. I'm not above begging, pleeeease keep it!!

First time here and definitely giving you guys 5 stars. We had excellent and fast service. burgers were very good and reasonably priced as well. would love to come back again. 🍔 🍟 😋

There is no reason for fries to cost nearly as much as the burger itself. The fact that you need to pay extra for lettuce is crazy. You could literally go to in-n-out and get two cheeseburgers with lettuce and tomato for less than a cheeseburger combo at irv’s (before paying extra for basic ingredients). The quality was also awful, my burger looked like it was pulled out of the back of a fridge. Just depressing looking food for an insane price. Burger King could do better.

JUAN made our night at the Santa Monica location and gave spectacular recommendations. Could only say we wish the TATOR TOTS. TURKEY BURGER. && CHEESE SAUCE for CHEESE FRIES. which are all why we came but with Juan’s help and the amazing grill team who master class created our meal we left satisfied.

Pretty good burger

My friend and I were walking by and came to try this spot, we will be back!!! The burger was absolutely delicious - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Every bite was satisfying and fresh. Definitely recommend the classic Burger with chilli fries. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Julio and Jasmin were both incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. They made sure everything was just right and went above and beyond to provide a welcoming atmosphere as well as when we were leaving! :)

Irvs burgers has the best burgers especially the classic burger, my new favorite!! Food was great as well as the customer service from Julio. He was so friendly and polite, such a good man. Dine in was pretty neat and clean! Great to see how much this place has changed for the good!!!

Used to be an amazing place but no longer. Not sure if there was an ownership change or if owners just got cheap, but there has been a downgrade in quality of ingredients and the overall product. Now they reduced their menu by half, so there are no non-red meat options left. Very disappointing; I used to come here regularly but this will be my last time.
