Can't even lie, I was being Hella complicated today, didn't know what I wanted, kept adding to the order, and dude was busy. I didn't even realize how complicated i was being until a driver came in for pickup giving him attitude.

And he took care of both of us with a smile, gave me recommendations, and added all the extras. A tip wasn't enough. Think his name was Andres. I owe the man.

Employees are more interested in messing around than helping customers

Service is the worst, super slow, confused, and rude to top it off. ELMER AND ALFONSO ARE THE RUDEST EVER NOT ONLY DID THEY ASK ME TO GET THE CUSTOMERS DRiNK Elmer THEN PROCEEDS TO TAKE THE ORDER OUT OF MY HANDS THEN YELLS IM CANCELNG THE ORDER

Elena has remarkably amazing customer service skills. She remembers names and special orders with ease and always has an an awesome smile and attitude

Food is hit or miss. I've had really good sandwiches here as well as dry disappointing ones. They also seem to have gotten slower lately. The music is frequently too loud (and reggaeton aint really my jam), and sometimes the folks behind the counter don't hear me clearly and mess up my order. Fountain drinks are often out or flat. This used to be my go-to sando shop, but I find myself usually hitting mendo instead these days.

Ordered a sub at 7:30. Still came on fresh bread! I went to jersey mikes elsewhere not too long ago and they use old bread in the evenings…NOT HERE! My #9 sub was fresh and delicious with great

Constantly understaffed and overworked. JM corporate throwing these workers to the dogs. Need another worker on for Saturday/Sunday’s. Sad to see.

Elmer had a horrible attitude and customer service skills very suprised he is the manager. I guess Jersey Mikes got desperate they use to have quality service and food dude was Very combative and spoke to me inna condascending tone because .seems like some sort of short man complex. I have had way better subs and much friendlier experiences at different locations. Looks like they played in my food i would say this is the worst jersey mikes exeprience ever

I’m so sick of this store! I’ve ordered delivery only a few times. It doesn’t matter the day or time, my sandwich is ALWAYS screwed up! Today, I received a sandwich with literally NO CONDIMENTS (all were selected) and like two pieces of meat. Before, I’ve received the completely wrong subs on wheat bread (which I cannot eat). Garbage.

If you don't get it Mike's way, you basically get no toppings. This used to be a great location but recently it's been very disappointing how thrown together the sandwiches are. If you get anything other than the standard they basically just toss one single topping on and treat you like a joke.
