Second time that I went there and they can't help me because they are busy doing pick up orders. Ever since Covid the pick up people get priority over in person clients. The guy ahead of me had a huge order and instead of waiting for his 20 plus sandwiches to be done, I walked out. They are losing customers and I love their sandwiches.

Constantly understaffed and overworked. JM corporate throwing these workers to the dogs. Need another worker on for Saturday/Sunday’s. Sad to see.

Food is 2 stars unfortunately. Used to be a really good sandwich but now the size has gotten much smaller but prices went up. Service is always good or great. But unfortunately, I won't be returning much.

Elmer had a horrible attitude and customer service skills very suprised he is the manager. I guess Jersey Mikes got desperate they use to have quality service and food dude was Very combative and spoke to me inna condascending tone because .seems like some sort of short man complex. I have had way better subs and much friendlier experiences at different locations. Looks like they played in my food i would say this is the worst jersey mikes exeprience ever

I’m so sick of this store! I’ve ordered delivery only a few times. It doesn’t matter the day or time, my sandwich is ALWAYS screwed up! Today, I received a sandwich with literally NO CONDIMENTS (all were selected) and like two pieces of meat. Before, I’ve received the completely wrong subs on wheat bread (which I cannot eat). Garbage.

This is a bummer but I've now received three orders in a row without the right notes followed. I've ordered through UberEats and I've talked to the drivers each time via chat and they've been helpful and kind each time as well as apologetic when I've received my item w/o the right condiments and extras I asked for. With today's order, I had the same issues as before. I called my UberEats driver and he was super apologetic. He said he's not allowed to go into the bag to check (obviously) but that he did ask to make sure the notes were followed and the employee said it was all taken care of and extra items were in the bag. Well, they weren't. He also said he commented on how long they were taking as they didn't seem busy and my order had been received as they'd opened. Shame on me for ordering a 3rd time, hoping they'd get it right. I will not be ordering from this store again.

I had a decent experience at another location even though I will admit I only bought chips. Here, I actually went with an actual sandwich (BLT mini) and this was just okay. The crispy bacon I saw (and smelled) at the previous location was most ideal while here, it wasn't that crispy at all. I hate shredded lettuce but decided to take on for the team and as expected, it gets everywhere (yes I admit I'm a slob at times). I do like how they offer their sandwiches in different sizes (and the addition of a wrap or bowl option) and the rosemary parmesan bread sounds really good but I'll probably wait a while before I return since there are a lot of other places in the area to try.
Five stars for Maddie and I hate I have to do this but clearly the supervisor needs to be fired for not understanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't believe how rude he was to me and as a woman working in the customer service field for years this weighs heavy on my heart because my customer service is top tier. Anyways, I go in because T-Mobile had a deal with them and the manager says, "I know nothing about this." I could already tell he had an attitude but I didn't want to argue with him cause I was tired myself from working a 10 hour shift. I'm honestly sick to my stomach days later because the only thing I could think of was that this guy is racist. Anywho I'll be going into get the correct name and calling corporate. But don't come to this location, the parking sucks anyways and it's always empty, so that says a lot.

If you don't get it Mike's way, you basically get no toppings. This used to be a great location but recently it's been very disappointing how thrown together the sandwiches are. If you get anything other than the standard they basically just toss one single topping on and treat you like a joke.

Ordered the Veggie sandwich with the works and added several items to it, too (for about $15 total). This is what I got.Avoid this location like the plague (which you may actually catch if you choose to eat here - nothing would shock me).

arrived at the restaurant that closes at 9PM at 8:52PM. I greeted the staff who were all sitting down and laughing behind the counter as I approached and began to order a sandwich the employee stops me and says "we're already closed".... terrible service!!! I hurried here in traffic to make it in time to purchase my dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow as well. thanks for nothing Jersey Mikes!!

All I wanted was my Turkey provolone sandwich my usual. So they didn't make my sandwich How asked, so they had me wait 10min, I pay for sandwich and open it it's not even close to what I ordered. So I gave it back and waited longer till I saw that they didn't care that I had waited 15-20min for a sandwich. The manager was there and was the one having me wait. This is bad management or they hiring lil kids to do managing job! I was very polite the whole thru with the manager he just didn't give a f*** at all. I got back my refund and left. I come here alot as I work for the City of WEHO. Very rude manger!! This happened 3/6/2023 12pm.
