I’m shocked they don’t have closer to 5 stars because the food and service is phenomenal. Especially for the price in Hollywood. Great deal for authentic and delicious food.

Great food with very generous portions. Even as a meat eater, I can confidently say the falafel (deluxe) is the best I’ve ever had so I usually go for that, but their beef shawarma is also good. Their garlic sauce and green sauces are amazing.

Everything was delicious, bes t shwarma ive had it yrs, I would just recommend getting the dressing on the side for rhe fatuous salad. It tasted amazing, but after a while, it got soggy fast

Both of the JoJo’s have abusive male managers who treat their female waitresses horribly. In North Hollywood, it took an hour just to get our drinks because the poor waitress had to serve the entire restaurant. In West Hollywood, the manager was cruel to a waitress in front of everyone. I won’t go back to either.

I was passing by and saw this place decided to try it. Food is freshly made, the service very good making sure I had what I needed. I had the shish kebab. The Fattoush salad was great with freshly baked pita bread.

I had high hopes for this spot however it seemed to not hold up to that. The food wasn’t terrible however the flavor of the food tasted off to me. The beef tasted a little soapy as well. The roasted vegetables were still raw, especially the carrots.

The order I got wasn’t really what I was ordering but I think it was due to a language barrier or something.

The pricing was absolutely insane. It was $25 per plate pretty much. Plus $7 to add some shawarma chicken to a salad. So for two people we paid roughly $80 after taxes and tip.

I vote with my wallet so that’ll be the first and last time we try Jojos.

Lentil soup was delicious and the service/value is great. The lady at the register was extremely kind and friendly. Great place in the area, not fancy but great. They also validate your parking ticket if you go there.

While the food was good it was horrible customer service and I will not be returning. I ordered 4 entrees to go. They gave me my food but when I got to my destination I had only received 2 of them and we didn’t get any of the salads. When I called the restaurant they didn’t say sorry and the individual said they had to call their boss (Malik) to see what they could do. It was 20 minutes later when they called back and offered to send the rest of the food via Uber, but at that point we had already ate and it would’ve been moot. I asked for a refund and again they said they would need to call their boss. I got a third callback 6 minutes later saying they would refund me when Malik returned to the restaurant in a few hours. I never received a callback confirming the refund and every interaction with the person on the other end of the line wasn’t sincere or apologetic at all. I even pre-tipped 15% for a to-go order which totaled $96. Will not go back and do not recommend.
