I got the Zha Jiang (Chinese style black bean noodles with minced pork) and it was very delicious! The noodles were very nice and chewy while the pork and sauce was flavorful and coated the noodles well. I usually can't finish a dish inside a restaurant but I couldn't stop eating this one!
I got the Signature Lan Noodles with the flat wide noodles. Delicious broth, chewy noodles, and tender meat! Perfect on a cold day. Food comes out pretty quick.
Decent service, although it can be busy so a server might miss you. It was $15 for the soup, not too bad.

The spicy beef noodles I always come for, braised or the veg noodles can recommend if you don't want anything spicy!
Side dishes like the cucumber and shredded potato are great too!
The quality of noodles and soups really exceeds even the ones I had in Singapore so that's a real compliment !
