Food is good, the servers were nice, the seats in the yard has beautiful lighting, but it’s too loud and crowded which was difficult to talk. Unfortunately they billed us two items from another table that I accidentally noticed on the receipt. They didn’t apologize only thank us for letting them know !?!? I think this place is a overrated. They overloaded the place and people too busy to take care of their customers well.

DO NOT order the steak!!!!! Horrible!! The chef does not know how to make steaks!!

We had a lovely dinner at Laurel before heading to the comedy store. The outside area was beautiful, service was good and the drinks were great!

It’s my first time in Los Angeles and Laurel Hardware. Hunter was my waiter and made my experience absolutely incredible! I am so indecisive and quite a finicky eater and he happened to recommend me the PERFECT dish on the first try. He also went on to give me spots to check out while on my visit. He really made my first stop in LA feel so welcoming and friendly which I genuinely appreciate. He’s a 10/10

Excellent experience. The food was fantastic and the portions were very generous. Highly recommend the duck fried rice, the kale salad was great. Their bar scene and cocktails are amazing. Very much a vibe. Seating outdoors is preferred and they have nice heat lamps to keep you warm. Very very cool place, awesome food, and excellent people watching

A West Hollywood institution with a beautiful outdoor patio nestled in the back, and nostalgia the reminds you of times past. Solid food, great service, and maybe even a celebrity … or at least an entertainment Exec or two.

Best Old Fashioned I’ve ever been served. Bravo!!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food has been consistently good over the years and the ambiance is nice and swanky. I think the service could be tightened up a bit but I’m a stickler for that - I have never been a fan of auction style service where they ask you every time who is eating what whenever they bring a dish. I highly recommend it though. It’s great for brunch with friends and family or a casual business dinner.

Duck fried rice is the best! The vibe outdoor is beautiful.

Love love love this restaurant! The ambience and vibe are sexy. Unexpected experience, but glad I got to check this hidden gem out! I recommend the patio seating as it’s spacious and romantic. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Parking: The sign states ‘hardware’ and the curtains remain shut so it’s hard to find if driving by

This has to be the coolest spot for dinner. Loved the experience of the entrance and the place is big with lights and cozy ambiance. We had the ribs and they were delicious.

Had a horrible experience last night at this restaurant. While my two guests and I were ordering rounds of drinks and eating a dessert after a whole dinner we just finished, a bus boy came and tried to clear our dessert and drinks from the table while we were still eating and drinking. We told him we’re still eating. Then a lady comes over and tells us we’re over the 2 hour maximum allowed in the restaurant. For one, no one told us there was an max time limit and secondly, I could understand if we were just sitting around talking but we were still eating dessert and finishing our drinks. The lady proceeds to tell us that our table was specifically requested and we had to leave. We told her that we plan on finishing our dessert and with an attitude, she says she’s going to get the manager. The manager then comes back and says she heard we assaulted the lady! lmao. Are you serious?! Run the tapes! Did I mention we are 3 black people at a table. Disgusting racist behavior smh. And after all that, we get up to leave and guess what, there’s no one even in line! All that for nothing. Picking and choosing who to remove when we’re paying customers just like everyone else. This place should be ashamed

My friends and I reserved a table for 9, right away the hostess was showing us attitude for having mistakenly putting us down for 8. We reassured her that the mixup was fine and that we can just add a chair to our table, but she responded rudely that it wasn’t possible even though our server had no problem fitting two extra chairs at a larger table for us.

Our server was absolutely amazing, the food was great, and we loved the ambiance. But the hostess was just periodically and overtly condescending.

I’m not really sure what was going on but after we paid I told the manager who unfortunately had the same energy as the hostess and mentioned that while we enjoyed our food and our server, the hostess acted like she hated us. The manger didn’t seem to care one bit.

It was just odd. I’d recommend this place but just make sure to have proof of your reservation and make sure to carry all the menus with you if you change tables if you don’t want to get scolded.
