It was our first time, and the food was amazing. The children had a wonderful time. We didn't see our waiter so much, and our table was left really messy and we had to ask for it to be cleaned before we had Dessert .
I think uni sashimi is a must have! The meat are great with the price. Has street parking or parking lots.

It tastes ordinary, but the price is not too expensive. If you want to eat Japanese yakisoba casually, you can choose this restaurant.

It’s a good spot.
Highly recommend the sukiyaki!
Just don’t go here to have a conversation with someone. It just gets really really loud in this place. They would be wise to invest in some acoustic treatment so you can actually hear someone talk to you without yelling.

Nestled in the vibrant culinary scene of Los Angeles, Manpuku offers a truly authentic Japanese barbecue experience that delights the senses. After a session of much-needed retail therapy at the nearby Beverly Center, my companions and I ventured across the street to indulge in a feast unlike any other.Upon entering Manpuku, we were greeted with a warm welcome and ushered to our table, where the true adventure began. Each table comes equipped with its own grill, allowing guests to barbecue their own meat to perfection. The selection of meats provided was fresh and flavorful, ensuring that every bite was a delight to the palate. What truly set Manpuku apart, however, was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Attentive and welcoming, they guided us through the menu and offered recommendations that elevated the meal to new heights. In conclusion, Manpuku is a culinary gem in the heart of Los Angeles, offering a unique and unforgettable dining experience for all who visit. Whether you’re craving a taste of authentic Japanese barbecue or simply seeking a delicious meal after a day of shopping, Manpuku delivers on all fronts. So, the next time hunger strikes at the Beverly Center, look no further than Manpuku—where delicious food and warm hospitality await.

Showed up on time and was sat late, not a big deal. Service was very slow. Was never asked if I wanted another drink. They did a great job of changing out the grills. End of our service had to flag down a server for the bill, because we just weren't getting any service anymore. Wasn't offered any ice cream that comes with the set meal; I didn't want any, but how would the server know that? I've ate here many times and have had good experiences, but I had brought someone for their first time and they were very unimpressed and I had no recourse to disagree as the experience was very mediocre. Also, I highly recommend getting some acoustic treatments done to the dining room as it's nearly impossible to have a conversation without yelling when the dining room is full. It would drastically improve the dining experience when you don't have to yell and keep asking people to repeat what they're saying.
A restaurant that can enjoy Japanese bbq and Korean small dishes at the same time. You can eat at a reasonable price for sets. The service is very good as well:)

My fav are pork cheek, pork belly (come with lettuce), and outside skirt. The sukiyaki style wrap is a must try. Beef is tender and the dish is fun to eat!

Outstanding restaurant. Best Japanese BBQ we've ever had. Highly recommended. We had the Wagyu meal and then added on additional skirt and ribeye. Also had sides of corn, edamame, and garlic noodles. The garlic noodles were tops! Meats were perfectly, thinly sliced, and obviously of a high-quality.
