hardlye Tex Mex... not even enchiladas on the menu...far from it.Not saing what they serve is bad, but expect a very disappointing experience if you are expecting real Tex Mex food like it is in Texas.

I have been a fan of Merrick's since they opened in 1985 was very bummed at the closing due to the pandemic but could not understand why they did not use their parking lot in the back to put tables out or the alley between Marix and basics they could've easily and it just is baffling to me why they have not done anything I just hope that they are not closed for good because it would just be horrible if that was the case

Marix has the best shrimp tacos and queso dip. Pretty bummed it's been closed every since the pandemic and hope it opens back up soon. Oh yeah and they have the best kick a** margarita

Stopped by here while in West Hollywood!First of all, my server,Corey was great and he made it memorable.It was a cool laid back spot--- wish i would have come for taco Tuesday!But anyway... i got some street tacos and a margarita (definitely strong :) )The salsa was great too so make sure you try it out!!!I hope they reopen! I would love to go again!
