Save yourself the trouble and avoid this McDonald’s. The “manager” here always has attitude and seems to be illiterate, it’s not the first time she gives attitude. How do these people that cannot speak a language clearly and have attitude even get or keep these jobs? The lack of customer service from this woman is just unbelievable. This happened around 7:30pm Sunday April 6,2025, order for “Damian”. Manager, claimed we didn’t check in at the kiosk for pick up but we did. PLEASE LEARN ENGLISH LADY AND GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR BETTER YET, GET A DIFFERENT JOB BECAUSE YOURE NOT GOOD AT THIS ONE.

Ordered 1 senior coffee black with 7 sugars, 1st time it came w cream no sugar, 2nd time it came w cream 2 sugars, 3rd time it came with no cream no sugar, 4th time it came black with . 2 sugars on side and I had to request 7 more sugars. Typical screw up for McDonalds. This happens all too often.

I asked the guy working there in the drive thru for a cup with ice and he gave me a used one with soda stains on it.he covered with a lid for me not to see it think it was for a customer. He was setting me up for failure. The time now is Thursday March 13, 2025 at 3:50pm. You guys should do something about it with that type of treatment for the customer

The new kiosks where you order yourself and then just stand there and wait is awesome! It takes the fast out of fast food! I ordered fries and a drink. It took 15 minutes
They did not want to serve me because their priority was self-service and I waited almost 20 minutes for them to serve me at the checkout and they denied me service

This “fast food” is not very fast… I placed an order at the kiosk and it took them over twenty minutes to get it to me… for these prices you’d think they’d be bending over backwards to be at least slightly more convenient…
