A fantastic dining experience, punctuated by amazing service by Desmond, Victor and the whole team. First off the dumplings are delicious. But they may be outdone by the beef skewers and lobster spring rolls. Crab fried rice was really good too but the Ube cheesecake was a goddamn gamechanger!!!! Would stay at the Pendry again just to have easy access to this restaurant

The food and atmosphere was good, but unfortunately the waitress was aggressive and didn’t let us enjoy our time. For that kind of nice place people who serves you should be welcoming and have good attitude.

Had an amazing evening at Merois! The Peking Duck Omurice ($48) was flavorful, wrapped in a pillowy dashi omelet, and the cheesecake ($16) was perfectly creamy. I paired my meal with a fruity, sweet cocktail ($20) recommended by our server, which complemented everything beautifully. Service was impeccable—attentive but never overbearing. The ambiance, with stunning rooftop views and chic decor, made the whole experience feel special. Total came to around $84 before tip. Definitely a five-star night!"
