Metztli Taqueria offers a variety of upscale tacos with fresh ingredients at a great price. The potato taco was a standout with amazing flavors, while the fish taco was solid but could use a bit more fish. The barbacoa was cooked well but lacked the same level of flavor. Guests were impressed by the fresh blue corn tortillas and delicious guacamole with nectarines. The team was friendly and the beef cheek birria taco, shrimp tostada, and jack cheese quesadilla were all delicious. Visitors hope to see more pop-ups from Metztli Taqueria in the future to try the rest of their menu.
