The standout of our night, however, was our server, Sean. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and friendly personality truly elevated our dining experience. As for the food, it was phenomenal! The flatbread was delicious, with just the right amount of crisp and flavor, and the steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. But my absolute favorite was the Smashburger. It was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with all the right toppings, making it one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Overall, Norma's delivered on all fronts, from the exceptional service by Sean to the outstanding food. I can't wait to come back!

The singer was amazing. The place was amazing. I would go back just for that. I would say the food was meant here if you like seafood then this is the place for you however, for me it wasn't anything amazing about it. The menu was lacking. I had a burger, sough dough bread and potatoes. Outside of the burger everything was lacking seasoning or salt. I was gonna go for the steak but it was overpriced and I've been to some higher upscale places but $70 for steak strips and fries was ridiculous. Plus the good took too long to come out.

Terrible experience. Security/Management/owner specifically a white man wearing a navy suit and white hair was disgustingly dismissive and rude. The service was slow. The food was mediocre. The bathrooms were trashed with toilet paper all over the floor and non flushing toilets. This place is not upscale, it was very low brow including the crowd. My experience was shockingly bad.
The food was amazing!! Every flavor and detail was impeccable. The biscuits were to die for. The sea bass was heavenly and the burger was the juiciest and probably one of the best I've had in my life.

Overall a great night. The seating hostess was polite and came to get us at the bar when our table was ready. Our waiter was great, attentive without being overbearing. The food was outstanding, we ordered the corn bread, fried chicken, broccoli and sweet potato's. Which was more than enough for two people and tasted great! Finished the night off with dessert. The ambiance is great, the food does come out a little slowly, but I didn't mind. It's a beautiful restaurant and I'd definitely return.

Wow, the vibe was incredible! The DJ was everything with R&B playlist, and the food was absolutely amazing. I can't even begin to describe how delicious the sourdough ricotta honey bread was! And those parmesan potatoes and red snapper were on another level. Perfect drinks, perfect food, and perfect music what more could you ask for?

I recently celebrated my birthday on Sunday, September 1st, at Norma. While I'm grateful for the opportunity to have my party there, I have to share some concerns. The event was marred by several issues, starting with the extreme heat; the air conditioning was inadequate, making the atmosphere uncomfortable for my guests. Additionally, the venue was clearly understaffed, which impacted the service. The food was not served in the proper sequence, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the DJ was fantastic, and Christina, along with the other manager, did their best to address the situation. Unfortunately, these efforts weren't enough to fully rectify the problems. The lack of proper service, including infrequent cleanup after each course, left a bad taste and put a damper on the celebration. I hope the venue can address these issues for future events.
The Hostess at the front was super rude and unhelpful, to include a bad attitude. Not only was her attitude bad, she looked a hot mess as well. She had on a bucket hat and a cheap looking Fashionova bodysuit with spaghetti straps. Her attitude and outfit definitely matched. Keeping first impressions in mind, she is not it, and you don't want and shouldn't want her being the first person customers come in contact with. Her interaction with every person that came through the door was horrible, and down right nasty. The Dj was over the top, a whole mood and top notch vibe. The food isn't so great, and the selection is limited, but I would definitely go again because of the the ambience and Dj, but if I have to have another encounter with that Hostess, I'm on the fence, because next time she will not get a pass. I came with over 15 people, and she was rude to all of us, to include the other customers. She was short in her response, rolling her eyes, and using aggressive hand gestures for no reason when ask a question. She walked back in forth the whole time with a frown on her face. Her negative energy transcended through the whole place.
