Really disappointed at the continued let down at Ospero and frankly all of the dining establishments at Pendry. We have spent a LOT of time here over the last year and a half and overall can confirm the following:- Ospero service is slow at best; food is okay- order a cappuccino and you will get a latte (have had this happen at least a dozen times, after being very specific)- further to the last point, we have just had to order a cappuccino three times because they kept bringing lattes… still didn’t get it right, and when you give feedback, they fight you on it- rooftop pool menu is not conducive to hanging out all day - very strange and limited selections for a pool menu- EVERYTHING is DRENCHED in sauces. I don’t know how anyone in the kitchen has tastebuds. If you like drinking Thai chili sauce, you can enjoy that on most dishes. I’m taking sauce soup.- if you’re looking to eat relatively healthy, you won’t accomplish that at any of the establishments on the property. Every dish is overload and overkill. Even the salads are drenched in sauces and cheese. No I don’t want a breakfast pizza. You can’t even get a simple egg breakfast - your options are egg white QUESADILLA or a Raclette omelette. Why is there not a simple healthy breakfast option? This is LA after all.- don’t expect any modifications to be followed. Seriously - zero.- staff at Ospero is apathetic and turnover is high - we rarely see the same people and we have been coming here for a year and a half, which is a bad sign. It’s clear that there is a lack of involvement of any type of feedback here despite it being marketed as a high class luxury destination on sunset. Really disappointing time after time.

Terrible customer service. Pictures and food looks good online. But they need to fix their customer service skills. Also the table they gave us was dirty I asked them to clean it they gave me an attitude so we just walked out. They should keep the tables clean before bringing guests over to seat them down. Horrible service for a prime location in West Hollywood.

Didn't get our food after waiting 1.5 hours and they had no estimate on when it would be ready. Wasn't busy and wait staff wasn't being communicative or helpful. Apparently the pizza oven was backed up and having issues.

Located within the Pendry Hotel. I was excited to come here because I always have the absolute best experiences with anything associated with the Pendry Hotels. Today Ospero hosted Pizza & A Spritz. There were different gourmet pizzas and the menu had a fair number of Spritz options. I decided to go with the Hugo on Holiday Spritz which was absolutely delicious. It was refreshing, but still had a little kick to it. The four cheese pizza was fresh and flavorful. The service was pretty good. Our server was attentive and really nice. Kadt, but not least, I loved the vibe. It has a modern and contemporary aesthetic with lots of greenery. Such a cute spot! Definitely worth a visit when you're in West Hollywood.

Great dinner. The main dishes are one of their kind and the home made pasta excellent. The ceasar salad was served somewhat strange but that’s a personal point of view. Excellent choice!

Located inside the Pendry hotel, this place is perfect to enjoy great food. We started off with the meatballs and crispy calamari. The meatballs and its sauce compliment each other. It's so tender and the sauce was not overwhelming. The crispy calamari was fried with lemon slices which gave the it a nice citrusy refreshing taste. The smoked salmon pizza is a must. If you want to try Wolfgang Puck's salmon pizza but don't want to pay the higher price tag at Spago's, then this is the place to go. Of course, you can also choose to add caviar ($75 more I think). The Branzino was so fresh as well just be careful with some of the bones as the fish is not completely deboned. The chocolate and carrot cake were also delicious. Service is exceptional at this place! You can also enjoy the art located at lobby of the hotel or you can check out the hotel's rooftop where you can enjoy the city lights at night.

I am so happy we dropped in here. It's quirky, cute, and comfortable. The service was great. We tried a number of items and really enjoyed them all. The Pizza is excellent! Whole Branzino stuffed with golden raisins and almonds was so good. Not an extensive wine selection, but some good choices.100% would recommend!

Stopped by for some much needed breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Set inside the Pendry Hotel, Ospero by Wolfgang Puck is great for casual dining and the rear terrace is exactly the spot to enjoy the sunshine. The signature breakfast was delicious as was the healthy options. Service was attentive and courteous expertly run by Mellisa. Definitely a classy place to enjoy and prices are inline with other West Hollywood levels. No booking required and open to non-hotel residents too.
