Absolutely unacceptable experience. The man and woman working here (apparently a husband and wife) are the rudest and most aggressive staff I have ever encountered.
They barely speak proper English, constantly shout, interrupt, and behave in a completely unprofessional manner. Instead of doing their job, they yell at delivery drivers, humiliate them, and act as if they own the food that customers already paid for.
The woman started screaming at me for no reason, saying disrespectful things and trying to belittle me. When I calmly tried to explain the situation, the man joined in and started shouting as well. Zero professionalism, zero respect, zero basic manners.
This place has one of the most hostile and toxic atmospheres I’ve ever seen. If you are a customer or a delivery driver, be prepared to be treated with arrogance and aggression.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Management clearly does not care who they hire or how they treat people.

Was charged $60 for parking. Not worth coming to this place to get a coffee. Parking attendant is cruel. Maybe place your parking signs placed better because I definitely won't ever be giving my business here to this center ever again. I recommended others do the same in protest until these unfair predatory practices change here.

The owner is very stingy even with lettuce, it’s killing me. Every time I have to ask him can I get my lettuce and he is adding to more leaves 🍃.

Poke bar has quickly become one of our go to spots for a quick healthy take out dinner meal. The service is always fast, in and out in like 10 minutes max. The meats and veggies are always fresh and the portion size is pretty good. Their sauces are pretty good as well. Will be back again soon!

The food at Poke Bar is genuinely delicious — fresh ingredients and great flavor. But the portions are shockingly small for the price, especially when served by the Asian guy behind the counter. It’s honestly frustrating to pay that much and walk away still hungry. If the portion size doesn’t improve, I won’t be coming back — no matter how good the food is.
