The food is good but the owner just doesn't have good management or time management skills. Twice I’ve ordered ahead, I have a 30 min brake, and twice they kinda screwed my by not having it ready. This is only one example of bad customer service. It saddens me to write this, there food is good, but they consistently let me down. This is just not a reliable place to eat sadly.
Excellent Spinach lasagna and super thin crusted crispy work-of-art pizza! The owner made everything fresh and shared his artistry and knowledge. Here is Mario and the smoked salmon and pink sauce pizza. Great dining experience. Definitely a must try when you are in town.
Provami Pizzeria is excellent wood oven pizza. The owner Paolo is friendly and welcomed us as we arrived when he was closing. When we told him, we saw him on YouTube and traveled from Canada and hunted him down and couldn't wait to try his pizza, he offered us to stay and eat. We took our pizza to go and it was the best!! Anyone in the Los Angeles area or out of towners, should give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Best wood oven pizza!!!
