Had my birthday there and it was so great! We had the back private room and Romy took such good care of us, Omar, Carlos, Robert & Stewart, the security team, made us feel so safe and took care of everything. The bartenders, Kyra, Arturo, Michael Susi, were also so fabulous, and the gogo dancers were so much fun!! Drinks and food were delicious, and the vibes were immaculate. It was such a beautiful night and I’m so grateful for the staff for making it such a great birthday!

I went for halloweekend 2025 and the music sucked so bad. I don’t know what happened. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been a weho staple. Unfortunately Halloween this year was not a vibe. What happened to the old dj? What happened to the old good music???? Bring it backkkkk. Zero stars

The customer service was absolutely horrible and are very unorganized. Why am I gonna pay so much to not get the times worth? Drinks was just juice too. The best bar to get ripped off at!.

This place is absolutely horrible! I was walking through the hallway near the bathroom and two girls started fighting in front of me, I realized my purse wasn't on my shoulder so I turned around to try to find it, and security tackled my cousin and carried me out of the bar even though I had nothing to do with any fighting. My cousin and friend were telling the security I was missing my purse and I had nothing to do with the fights, they were not listening. My cousin was injured and my purse apparently was taken by security and thrown into the crowd, eventually being stolen. This is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend anyone going to this place. I try to get my purse back and the security in the front told me the security guard who helped break up the fight threw my bag and it was gone. This is pathetic. Do not go here if you want to be treated well.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE. Had phone and wallet stolen from ZIPPED purse. Security did absolutely nothing but tell us it was gone and there was nothing they could do. They said 40-50 phones get stolen every single night but absolutely NO protocol is in place to get these phones back. They told us to call back tomorrow to check if they found it but they dont have a phone number. Had excessive security but none of them actually capable of doing a job and they were rude and disrespectful.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is a breeding ground for theft with no system in place to even attempt to prevent it. Have security check bags on the way out or something because this is ridiculous. Both wallet and phone stolen from two ZIPPED, clutched purses. Security said this happens all the time, but there are plenty of bars attended on the same block this hasn’t happened at or at least doesn’t happen as regularly as happens at this establishment. The staff is more than apathetic to any sort of problem or failure of security and safety on their part and the only advice given is “It’s gone and you’re never getting it back. Call tomorrow.” To no phone number available to call that is in service or connected. Would not doubt staffs involvement in theft especially with the amount of security had that are somehow unable to do anything, even as a preventative measure. Do better.

One of the bouncers man handled me when he grabbed my arm, dragging me, and snatching a drink out of my hand as I was leaving. All because I accidentally left the bar without putting my drink down. No verbal warning either. He was extremely disrespectful and I felt extremely violated especially as a woman of color.

Be very careful when you’re there because when people are bumping into each other you don’t ever think that your phone will get stolen because you think that you’ll feel it but with the noise and if you’re a little drunk what are you are not the bumping into people will make you not realize that your phone is still in my phone got stolen yesterday out of my friends pocket he still has his phone but it’s just crazy R.I.P my phone
