The food and the drinks are very nice. The atmosphere is good and the host was amazing. The only thing is that this place used to be much more popular at this point. It has turned a little quiet and I hope it goes back to where it was.

Their Pisco Sour is incredibly deliscious when done right. The scallops, octopus and the seefood paella are also very good. The atmosphere at dinner is intimate and stylish, yet could be noisy and a tad crowded. I haven't tried Seviche from a separate menu yet although seviche is one of my favorite foods out there, I wonder of I shall come back to taste it? (because I'm incredibly picky about seviches and afraid to ruin the experience) šŸ¤”

Rosaline is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The cocktails are fantastic and I dream about the Kampachi Crudo and croquetas.

We were really excited to try out Rosaline and get some delicious Peruvian food. We went for dinner with some friends and were seated towards the back of the restaurant which has a very cute modern/greenery vibe that was also romantic at night time. The cocktails were amazing, definitely try the pasión de la noche! For food the ceviche crocante and seafood chaufa paella were my favorites. We also had the caustia crocante (crispy potatoes), butternut squash, and lomo saltado (filet mignon) which were all fresh and amazing! The wait staff was friendly and helpful picking options from the menu. Would definitely visit again!

My experience here was great. Modern Peruvian food with soothing ambience. The noise level was a little high. Besides, I loved all. Food was so delicious, and light. I like my seating area so I got the best angle to get my videos done.

after having ptsd about my experience for valentine’s day dinner here- i am now more inclined to spread the world and say do not eat here. The definition of overpriced weho restaurant with tiny portions, rude service, and a complete lack of accountability

Went there with a big group. Awesome that they have a private room with a glass door that can be closed for a private event. The vibe was pretty cool, with nice natural light from a skylight and then these cool mushroom-looking lamps you can turn on when the sun sets.

A disclaimer: we were being treated to this place by some associates, so we didn't have to pay. That does change a food experience. That being said, I did find the food to be a bit disappointing. We ordered food family style, sharing a lot of different dishes.

We started with the bread appetizer, which was a small (freshly baked?) loaf of bread with three options for spread--strawberry jam, olive-ube mix, and a ricotta butter. I loved all three, but the loaf of bread was disappointingly small.

For dinner, we had the seafood paella, which was...really average. It's also mixed right in front of you on the table. That would be cool if it was done with a little torch or drizzle of something, but instead it's just a guy mixing it up with a spoon for like a minute and a half while you watch awkwardly, haha.

The filet mignon was FANTASTIC, but to be honest you don't get that much of it per order for the price to be worth it. I didn't have any, but others said the short rib was particularly good. For dessert, I had the passion fruit tart. It was awesome, but had a bit too much flowery taste for me personally. Others also tried the mocktails and said they were very good.

Service was great! Our server was constantly checking on us and was very friendly. It felt like every five minutes a small army of servers would come in and refill our glasses for us with a mint-lemon-rosemary water. Very good.

Overall it was a good experience, but personally it seemed a bit pricey for the amount of food per dish.

Grossly overpriced, criminally small portions, reggaeton blasting so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. Cherry on top was the ā€œmandatory 20% service feeā€ which is not announced beforehand and is basically just a forced 20% tip for bland food and slow service. There are too many better options to justify eating here.

They must have either new ownership or a new chef. I used to love this place. This time we found the Lomo saltado and ceviche were both way over-seasoned — we brought out of town guests and they could not eat most of the food unfortunately. The seafood paella was the only good dish in our mix. On a positive note, the service was solid.

This was an exceptional visit. I was taken here for Mother's Day, and the food was delicious. The service was superb and the drinks were so yummy overall me and my family loved the ambience. It was a really good time and highly recommend.

This restaurant is one of my favorites in LA. I have dined here 3-4 times now and I am never disappointed. I keep bringing people to try the delicious paella. 🄘

Excuse the photos these are from 2 different times I dined there.

The food is exceptional! My favorite is the yuccitas Fritas and the paella. I’ve had the vegetarian and chaufa paella and goodness! So good! Mouth watering. I literally dream of the paella.

I cannot wait to go back.

The dessert was the Peruvian cake and that was so good I didn’t want to share.
