The food and the drinks are very nice. The atmosphere is good and the host was amazing. The only thing is that this place used to be much more popular at this point. It has turned a little quiet and I hope it goes back to where it was.

Their Pisco Sour is incredibly deliscious when done right. The scallops, octopus and the seefood paella are also very good. The atmosphere at dinner is intimate and stylish, yet could be noisy and a tad crowded. I haven't tried Seviche from a separate menu yet although seviche is one of my favorite foods out there, I wonder of I shall come back to taste it? (because I'm incredibly picky about seviches and afraid to ruin the experience) 🤔

We were really excited to try out Rosaline and get some delicious Peruvian food. We went for dinner with some friends and were seated towards the back of the restaurant which has a very cute modern/greenery vibe that was also romantic at night time. The cocktails were amazing, definitely try the pasión de la noche! For food the ceviche crocante and seafood chaufa paella were my favorites.
