The Atmosphere is fun especially with the riding bull. Their music choices are great! And fun decor. We stopped by for a drink after the comedy store.Bartenders were not attentive. And did a poor job at taking care of their customers. My bf and I sat between two girls that we think were extremely drunk. At some point one of the girls couldn’t stand on her feet. It was a whole scene and no one was helping her the staff/bartenders did nothing! While I helped this girl to the restroom I reported it to a staff member.Bartenders should know when to cut off someone. The odd part was the girl to the left of me also fell just like the girl in the right. It was very disturbing to see.A staff member was helping the second girl get an Uber. But that’s also dangerous and irresponsible. One woman was alone the other seemed alone too. It’s weird how these two girls were completely out of it.There should be a protocol for a situation like this and bartenders should be trained to recognize whether a person should be cut off or whether this person is intoxicated to a point where she would be dipping her whole hand in ranch and have her eyes rolling back. It really stuck in my head. I hope these girls got home safe.It’s really disappointing to see that no one cared to help her. The bartenders were only watching.

This is a West Hollywood staple. You absolutely must come. Food is great. Vibe is even better. You can make reservations on OpenTable. I do recommend. It’s gets very busy after 8pm. Bar is open seating.We ended up sitting at the bar, even though we had a reservation. We just loved the bartenders and were having too much fun to move to a table. It was a great decision.Our service was quick and very accurate. Both bartenders were nothing other than professional. They were really on it with customers who came in over served. It was really cool to watch how the bartenders had full control of their bar and the experience the patrons were having. Absolutely outstanding.We ordered the mound of nachos. So good. A ton of food. Could feed four. We got the mini burgers. Also great. We got tots instead of fries. Sooo good. We got the banana bread pudding for dessert. Perfect sweet treat to wrap up the meal with.I can’t say enough great things about Saddle Ranch. I’ve been coming for over 15 years now. Thank You for always delivering!Parking: Very busy section of Sunset. There’s valet parking. Super easy.

Travelled from Canada to LA for a week. This is easily the best place we ate at the whole trip. The service was great, we came in at the end of the night both nights that we dined here and the staff were very hospitable and let us stay as long as we needed to. The atmosphere is awesome, the music is great, and the mechanical bull is a must try. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick. I liked the fact that the staff recognized us on return and gave us a free appetizer for our loyalty - super unexpected but such a nice gesture. We ate here three times for breakfast and dinner. I loved the breakfast but the dinner here was AMAZING. I absolutely loved the ribs, the loaded baked potato, and the shrimp.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at Saddle Ranch Chop House. We placed our order. We had to ask about our beverages after 30 minutes ( we only ordered ice tea & water. Then it took our server another 10 minutes to come take our order. Then, it took another 30 minutes to receive our food. The rice was very dry & the beans had no flavor. I also placed a to go order when I placed my food order. There was never any mention of my to go order. The server spent so much time at this other table taking pics of them and giving the bags of cotton candy that he neglected our table. Then, when it was time to pay the bill, we paid in cash. The server had the nerve to ask if we needed our change. Im so upset that i can't remember the young mans name. Do your job, right? What the hell ????♀️

We were very unhappy with our experience at the Saddle Ranch. Prices were high, service was very very slow, and the food was meh. How can you call it a Caesar salad if it doesn’t even have Caesar dressing?! I asked my waiter for more dressing and some ketchup and it took 20 minutes to arrive. At that point I was finished with my meal. This place is an iconic spot on the sunset strip. It’s a shame they can’t match quality to their high prices.
