TBH i was just sad stumbled upon this ice cream place and it had to be the lord to bring me to this angel, i sampled flavors with Chevy and honestly i dont remember how they tasted they weren't as memorable as she was man, she lifted my spirits that day with her smile her kind words and most of all her bright personality! I know it was the man above who drew me into Salt & Straw that day to be blessed hy the lovely chevy, she will always be a memory of an Angel from that day?.

Chevy my server is exceptional. Chevy provided an extra special type of authentic engagement simultaneously with great service. Chevy turned the act of serving ice-cream into a synergistic experience as we bonded & shared our love of '63Chevelles!:)
I ordered ahead for a large bulk pint order. I was helped by Tyler and I appreciated his patience with me. He walked me through all the flavors & made great suggestions for what I should order. He was kind and made the effort to check and make sure the order I was looking for would be possible. Delivery was easy peasy & I would definitely work with this location for catering in the future again. They have wonderful flavors, & the classics are classics for a reason. I have yet to go in store, but if the customer service is anything close to what I got over the phone, then I’m sure even a first timer with no clue about the flavors would be taken care of!

Probably my favorite ice cream in Los Angeles. They always have the best flavors and they give you as many taste as you want. I am a huge ice cream fan but I will usually only do salt and straw or the ice cream in Westwood this place is my favorite.
