My husband and I have never eaten here before my son wanted to treat his out for a Friday night dinner at somewhere near that we haven't ever been to before I'm having to chicken avocado bacon and I think that my husband and my son are having the shack shack burgers

Food taste good. Made with lots of toxins though. They say quality ingredients but its not. I think they used to advertise organic but theyre far from that now. Pricey for a burger($12) i got a double patty and mushroom burger it was $19. Just the burger. Atmosphere is good. They have corn hole and jenga to keep the children entertained. If your a rewards member they usually have specials on sunday like bogo.

Food was nothing special you can get a burger and fries like this anywhere but with better flavor. Their shack sauce taste like nothing. There is no flavor. This place is way overhyped for what? I’m not sure and overpriced they couldn’t even get a burger well done correct. Looked very raw and inedible. Very plain and lacks flavor. Kiosk was easy to order from atmosphere was okay. IN N OUT ALL THE WAY! 👏👏👏🤪

The portions for the mushroom burger and the chicken sandwich portions are now about half of what they were!! I won’t be ordering there again.

The food is good here too bad the customer service is terrible, they need to be properly trained on how to tend to customers. The manager was the worst she had a terrible attitude and was mad about being at work.
