Griddled patties with real beef funk, lettuce crisp, buns toasted just shy of sweet; ShackSauce keeps it tidy. Crinkle fries go crisp if you eat fast; cheese sauce helps. Concrete spins dense and cold. Patio catches golden hour and friendly dogs. Staff move quick, music a bit loud. Parking is thin, but the line flow ok.

Hamburger was greasy and warm. Fried mushroom or whatever it was it was on top was tough. Custer shake had no ice cream when it was warm and airy. Overall bad experience.

Shake shack burgers are absolutely divine. They taste so luxurious and delicious. Mum and I have visited here when we returned back to LA and we were very happy with the exceptional service by the staff as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant we will be returning thank you.✨👍🏼

I received an email from shake shack. It says they got my order and will text me when it's ready. You say you will text me when my order is ready. I walked from my hotel to the restaurant ate my soggy burger and melted shake, walked back to my hotel and still have not received a text saying my order us ready. Ridiculous

Stopped by here for lunch. Good food fast service. And best of all... I didn't have to fight for parking. That's a bonus on Santa Monica Blvd.

Got 1/3 of the way through my burger before finding a long hair embedded between the patty and the bun. To their credit, they gave me a refund immediately and seemed apologetic. The offer of coupons for my next visit was a pass though, definitely never coming back here again.

Everything was perfect! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how clean the restaurant was and how quickly my order was ready. Always a great experience at Shake Shack!
