Enjoyed my first visit to shake shack. The shack burger was really good. The restaurant is clean with spacious seating.

The cashier was also my server and he was very helpful and polite.
The ordering process is very confusing. Wasted a lot of time at the computer terminal with the line building up behind me. In frustration I gave up after someone pointed out I could still order at the counter and speak to someone that knew what they were doing. Its a damn good burger but the ordering process sucks.
First time in Shake Shack. Great food, incredibly good service, actually never had experience such friendly service in a fast food restaurant .

I don’t know how this is business makes profit it’s crazy, foods it’s just trash, burgers looks like they’re warmed up microwave. Portions like kids meal and price higher than average business, never comeback. ATTENTION DO NOT Buy shake shack burger.

Every time I visit a café, the quality of the food seems to get worse and worse. Paid $6 for fries with cheese. Could you find the cheese?

After eating, I left my bag on the outdoor terrace. I found out about it 30 minutes later and called. Fortunately, my bag was still there and the staff responded kindly and kept my bag until I arrived. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also excellent. thank you!!
