Went there for a event where the guest had to wear red , yellow , or green but they didn’t host the event that was posted on Eventbrite it was a big waste of time!

Only come here for Hollywood parties but losing interest. Fast. Entrance was 100 dollars for myself and 2 others. One would think this covers some drinks but no. Not only does it not cover the drinks but around 30 dollars per drink to which they automatically add gratuity. This might be acceptable for a party that is actually worth it but I've been coming to these events for years and this was not one of the better ones. I didn't know anyone. So it wasn't much of a "mixer" and I usually know a lot of people at these. At least, no one relevant. I can't really justify spending $200+ just for the view. Plenty of other places. Oh and I almost forgot. The old fashioned was a pre made mix. Wasn't even handmade. I distinctly saw the bartender smirk like she just got away with a heist when she handed me the bill. Which she practically did. In spite of this, I added 10 bucks to the tip which she probably was telling herself I was being cheap thinking I didn't know they automatically add gratuity. But I knew. I just didn't want my guests to think I was cheap but what really is cheap if they are completely railroading guests and basically getting away with robbery? But hey, who am I to knock their hustle? I just figured a high class (supposedly) place wouldn't need to hustle that hard. P.S. Old fashioned was weak. Probably half the alcohol it's supposed to have, if that. They can hustle but I can no longer be hustled so hard pass. P.S.S. What makes them think I will trust these schemers to valet my car? So, if you don't get valet, parking is slim to none so most times you have to park at the bottom of a hill. I won't be attending anymore events here so I hope London finds a new place. I'm sure I'm not the only one. In fact, I spoke with several of my friends in the industry. None of them interested in going there.

Not a good experience. Despite having tickets two bouncers would not let people in and people waited in line for over 2 hours. Long story short if you know the bouncer you can get in, otherwise wait in the line for 2 hours.Zero star for this place.

Staying at the Mondrian for a mix of business and pleasure. Decided to go to the sky bar to get a bite to eat and a drink after a long flight. Ambiance is lovely and it was around 12:45p so not many people there, not busy at all. To my suprise, it took a hour to get a order parm fries. I got it thinking it would be quick. I keep asking about it and just finally cancelled. No one has all day ro wait on sub par service. Very tacky and bad service - disappointed!

I had my ID on my phone and they didn't let me in. However they let 2 guys and 4 girls with no id's. While I was standing in front of them.

Very nice atmosphere. Maybe the music style is different on other days, but when we were there we enjoyed the dance/pop hits being played by the fun bartender. Would come back for sure.

Enjoyed my stay at the Mondrian this weekend. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and the suite was well worth it. Also got to enjoy the pool party at Skybar without having to wait in the long line outside the hotel. Bonnie and Anthony at the front desk were super kind and helpful. I plan on doing a few more staycation weekends here during the summer.

Our stay at the Mondrian got off to a terrible start, we arrived at 3:30pm and check in was at 3pm to be told that our room was not ready and we could not check in for another 2 hours, whilst being made to feel we were not important and did not belong in the hotel and were actually at fault for wanting to check in. The staff member then offered us an option to check in immediately if we paid another 35 usd a night! We had already paid plenty for our stay on sunset boulevard and said no, I then confirmed the check in time was 3pm (it was) and asked why our room was not ready as we should be able to check in without paying anything more. I was told there was many late check outs and there was nothing that could be done but they would discount the upgrade to 30 usd a night for us to check in and that was the end of it, in quite a rude manor considering we were the client and not in the wrong. We then sat in reception for over an hour waiting for the room to be ready feeling out of place and questioning our life choices. For the amount paid to stay here at the very least a free drink while we waited would have been a good offer but the staff were not interested as we were not the ‘influencer’ type. There’s also was a large deposit to pay on check in. This hotel is designed with influencers in mind and is all about the look, the hotel pool, bar and restaurant are all for those with TikTok or insta followers with people arriving all hours of the day to make use of the facilities and hotel guests not really welcome to use them. We went to the pool once, it was pretty small but the view over LA was great. The room was fine and a haven from the rest of the hotel, we dreaded having to walk through reception to leave each day. The mini bar and room service menus were pricey and the room itself had cigarette burns on the sheets, make up on the towels and not enough coffee making facilities, the bathroom door was not functional and the furniture took up way too much space. The location was handy but there are other hotels on the street and we ubered everywhere so if you’re here to see LA and not interested in the ‘Hollywood vibe’ don’t stay here!!

Dirty, loud, poor service. Travelled on business. 2 of our party for stuck in the lift (on separate occasions!)) The breakfast shop, that opens at 7, Dan out of food by 8am. Towels and coffee was never replaced in the room. More than a 29-minute wait to order a drink at the bar! Awful!
