Beautiful place and lovely staff. I went here a couple weeks ago with my sisters. What else can I say other than it was ran by amazing women who showed amazing dedication to this sandwich shop.

I felt that instead of golden brown, my sandwich was over grilled & burnt. I didn't want to complain because it would've taken longer. The price was expensive, so I figured it'd be worth it, but I won't return. Service was awful because the wait took forever. YOU NEED A MUCH BIGGER PLACE & MORE STAFF. I'm pretty bummed as this place was on my list of exciting places to go while in town. I'm a huge fan of the ladies. Sigh*

“Something About” the customer experience severely lacking…..
My friends and I are always eager to check out new eateries in our neighborhood, especially those highly publicized, women-owned and operated. After months of anticipation, we were excited to visit SAH, but unfortunately, our experience fell short.
We expected a long wait, and after about 45 minutes in the direct sun, a staff member took the number in our party and asked if we were dining in or taking out. About 30 minutes we were finally seated after waiting over an hour. Despite the wait, we found the sandwich shoo to be very quiet with all eight tables occupied. We thought the staff would be bustling to keep things moving, but there seemed to be a lack of consideration and urgency.
Given no direction by the staff we realized we needed to place our orders at the counter before returning to our table. Our total came to $120 for three sandwiches, three seltzers, and two bags of chips. While our food arrived quickly, my request to have the chicken salad sando toasted in their panini press was overlooked. When I brought this up, a staff member was quick to react only to return with another wait staff member to inform me they'd have to discard my sandwich due to health regulations and start over. Not wanting to waste food, I asked for toasted bread and spread which was delivered to our table quickly. When I realized I had no knife for the spread, I was met with a rather sassy response of, “Anything else, sir?” My friend asked for ice for the mildly chilled $10+ seltzers, only to be told they didn’t have any. NO ICE! in LA is a huge oversight.
As for the sandwiches, they were average at best. The interior was cute, though I deducted points for having the classic window "OPEN" sign showing “CLOSED” . The service, while friendly, the staff was inexperienced and lacked leadership, with a splash of attitude.
Overall, the sandwiches were decent but overpriced, and the absence of ice was very disappointing. Given the owners’ background in the food service industry connected to a well-known celebrity restaurateur, and years of planning I had higher expectations. The owners don’t seem to be hands-on with no consideration to guests waiting over an hour only to be met by a quiet well appointed sandwich shop serving average sandwiches!

We went as fans of Katie & Ariana left as fans of the sandwiches.
Service was impeccable and very fan friendly. Michaela (sp?) was very happy to feed my excitement in a professional and warm way.
The food was tasty and healthy. Price point and quality were in sync. We ordered Cameron and Viola. Both were delicious.
We def recommend even if you're not a fan of Ariana/Katie.

Today was my first time visiting this place. It was less crowded today, so finally decided to go in. Sandwich was fantastic and place was very cute. I liked The Reese, and the Cameron was good too. I’ll definitely come back again!

Our sandwiches were outstanding! Definitely surpassed expectations. We got the Viola and Dianne. Each absolutely delish! Photos don’t do the flavor justice. We took our food to-go as it was fully packed with a line. To-go was very fast and we enjoyed our sandwiches at a park with tables nearby.
