3/10/2026 update: omg i finally got the shirts today!!🥳 it only took a month and a half to get resolved, unfortunately did not make it in time for my friend’s bday party but they’re here and I know she’ll love it!

I remember when the merchandise first came out they were having issues with shipment and delivery times so I decided to hold off and wait.
I recently purchased two t-shirts, and was looking forward to the shirts when I received a noticed that that UPS was unable to deliver the package because I needed to pay the tariffs. Now, given everything that is going on I don’t fault SAH, I just wished there was some transparency about where the product is coming from. So then I go ahead and pay the $50 tariffs and I get a message that I’ll get a new delivery date. I’m like no big deal, I love the shirts, I want to support SAH. When I go and check the new delivery date it seems the items are being sent back to sender in Canada!
So I’m like, wth did I pay tariffs for if I was never going to get my package. I contact UPS and they inform me there’s nothing they can do and the only thing that can be done is to contact the sender, unfortunately they’re not easy to get ahold of and the emails keep bouncing back, there’s no phone number to contact and I keep waiting on someone to respond to the inquiry I submitted and nothing. All I want are the shirts *crying*! I know it’s a small business but whomever is in charge of shipment and orders needs to step it up and there should also be some transparency that the items are coming from Canada so in addition to shipment fees the customer also has to pay the tariffs 😑.
Anyways I’m hoping someone sees this message and is able to help with my order before it leaves the US and then I’ll have to pay the dang tariffs again which is ridiculous.
The food is amazing the shop is super cute, I honestly can’t wait to go back, it’s just unfortunate all I wanted to do was support and buy merch but it’s kind of a hassle.

They hired the right people! Katelyn is a great representative of your company. I will definitely be back after the rush has subsided. Hope you find a way for your customers to take food to go if they don't have time to wait to be seated. 🩷

Got the Kate, the Drew, and the Reese and they were all great! They are pricey but they’re big sandwiches so they’re worth the price in my opinion. Only waited about 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Incredible sandwiches! We got the Viola, and the Drew which were amazing. My girlfriend and friends are all visiting LA from NYC and needed to stop at Katie’s spot. Huge VPR fans and my girlfriend is an avid listener of the podcast which I’ve enjoyed too (poop story on last episode had us dying lol). If Katie see’s this before Monday I’d love to surprise my girlfriend to meet her ;) she’s her biggest fan. Anyways very affordable and interior is so cozy. Cheers!

This sandwich shop is lovely! The decor is charming and the staff couldn’t be friendlier! Also, the sandwiches really are fantastic! I went for the second time today and will definitely be back. So far I’ve had The Kate and The Nancy. Can’t wait to try them all!

Was REALLY looking forward to eating here. Esthetics are on point - but stops there. Its a lil claustrophobic in there.
Ladies got some tude and lack kindness for providing food service, smiles go a long way!
Our sandwiches had lot going on and was on the squishy side. Pricey for just a sandwich, even more when adding chips and a drink. Stick with PB & J or Grilled cheese.
Wont return- Not worth trying to find parking and high prices just for lunch.
Honestly, the negative reviews feel like they’re coming from straight-up haters. I don’t know if it’s personal, but these were hands-down some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. They’re unique, the bread isn’t soggy at all, there’s plenty of meat, and every bite is perfectly balanced.

Very cute! I had the Drew with prosciutto. When eating I would recommend keeping the little cocktail sticks in as whenever I took a bite everything was spilling out every time. But that's my fault for not keeping in the sticks! Would recommend if you're a fan of course of Katie and Ariana, but also if you're just looking for a great sandwich 💚👏🏼
