Today I came in for a matcha latte and it was painful for me to observe the BULLYING going on between the workers. The barista fallon was on duty sweeping when I came in, while the other workers crowded in a corner behind the register looking and whispering about her with disdain. When I arrived to the register, they instructed the barista fallon to take register duty and that, the red hair barista was busy - when in fact he was standing around talking badly about the barista sweeping, who was then now helping me at the register. This was very intense work place bullying I witnessed and it’s not acceptable in this society. Everyone has to live life, everyone has to work, do not make it harder on them by providing an unstable, bullying, workplace. Please do better management, and to the baristas today working aside from FALLON, you guys are very mean and need to grow up and do not bring bullying to your work place. If you are a manger assume the responsibility of justice. The barista who helped me, fallon, deserves a work place in which she can do her job without unnecessary bullying. That was bizarre to witness.Customer service keeps a business running. If customers are not happy, there is no business. It would be in the company’s best interest to take reviews seriously. Thankfully, Starbucks products and coffee speak for themselves but the employees at this location need perhaps stronger, balanced, kinder, management. Watch the cameras of this morning and you will observe very bad behavior and bullying from the employees even without audio. Please work on this.
The worst place to come and get your coffee and the best place to see the boys. Service is horrendous. I asked for a little extra whole milk and she wanted to charge me. Zero friendly staff. There was no "Good morning" "thank you," "Good day" from none of the staff members. They even butchered my name after spelling it out to them twice. Bunch of retards!
Starbucks inside Target. Less busy than the one downstairs. Excellent service.
I ordered hot coffee, but they brought me a little warm coffee.Rude staff.
This is an especially poorly-run franchise. Rude staff, extremely slow, bad attitudes, and often filthy. I'm sure they are in violation of corporate standards. Rude when asked for condiments or sweeteners. It's not surprising, considering how awful the management is at this Ramada. The mailboxes place is run by good-attitude, nice staff, but the Starbucks is simply foul. AVOID!
There are no power outlets so you better have your laptops full if you want to work (while having a coffee). Oh, also you can’t “dine-in” unless you have a “vaccination” card.
They charged my debit card twice here seconds if not a couple of minutes a part, I checked my bank statement, so everytime you order here pay in cash. Or ask for the receipt, they will roll their eyes on you like the exorcist but it''s better than getting robbed
Expensive parking $$$$ You can’t put your own cream and sugar in yourself… somehow that’s how you spread Covid !!??
Delicious! We're Italian and do not usually eat Italian out because of our high standards and home cooked perfection but this was even better than Nonas!
I've been to all three Boqueria locations, and this location is my favorite. For me, this location is the most aesthetically pleasing and most spacious. The food is great at all three, but the other two locations are a bit small so it can feel cramped.

Toilets could be better attended too.
I ordered a drink and sat down to enjoy it. After a few minutes, an employee approached me and asked for proof of vaccination. I had a photo of my vac card (had both shots and a booster) & showed her.She then asked for my driver's license. I had left it in the hotel room (it was 6am and I was just coming down for coffee). She then told me I had to leave.I politely asked why because I had been in this same location the prior 2 days with no issue and no other restaurant or cafe in LA had such requirements. She said it was a brand new mandate. No new mandates requiring customers to be masked while eating or drinking had been placed in the last 24 hours. So I had to sit outside (it was quite chilly) because my wife was sti sleeping in our room.As an avid Starbucks customer and a very pro vaccine, pro mask person, I was shocked I was lied to and treated in such a way.As evidenced in the video posted here, I was the only person asked to show my ID and vac card. The other customers in the video weren't approached at all.
This is a nice place. GREAT service!!
This is one of my fav Starbs in WeHo!
One of my favorite locations to get Starbucks! Located on Santa Monica Blvd, across from Sprouts/SWEAT Yoga/24 hr fitness gym and right by Trader Joe's5/5 for staff who work here - so far I have always experienced great customer service. I feel like that's hard to find nowadays...Unfortunately I don't know their names, but whenever I am placing my order here, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. When I am waiting for my drink, the barista keeps you updated and says (in my case), "Emily, your drink is coming up!" They seem to be in a pleasant mood and cheerful.I usually order Starbucks via the mobile app, and the process is seamless. Usually the drinks are out the estimated time via the app (in 5-7 minutes), only once so far in the 10+ times I have come here did I have to wait an extra 5 minutes but that's okay... I barely had to wait! The drinks have always been consistent for me. I always get their refreshers or iced soy lattes. Very yummy!I haven't taken a look at their bathrooms or studied here so I can't say much about that.
