Stomach-upset castle! Don’t go there! I have no idea what they do to their milk, but every time I go there I end up with diarrhea in less than an hour. I work nearby, and sometimes I get lazy and grab my matcha latte there—and then it’s straight to the toilet…

Thank you for bringing back the plastics cups! :) The foam/white cups were horrible - for what the chain charges its customers I’m sure you guys can afford the plastic cups. The workers are kind and the service is great and fast.

I don’t know who is giving this place 5-4 or even 3 stars! This place is despicable, homeless camping right outside the door, inside is stinky and trash cans are full of trash. Stopped by early morning on a Sunday. You would think they’d clean up by 8 am. Barista was barely awake himself, on his phone the whole time while pouring my coffee. Coffee was pure trash. Dumped it as soon as I got to work. Tasted as if from three days ago, from the bottom of the pot, smelling and tasting like burn.
The staff, quality of food and coffee excellent. The only problem is and issue , sorry to say of the homeless. The inside is too small to allow for an odor free area to eat. Sorry but simply the facts of that location.
