I think he name is Nyah, has a terrible attitude. She probably hates her life and takes it out on the customers. Made my drink and half it was foam. I told her and she just kept repeating “thats how it is” then looks away and says out loud for me to hear , “some people have no manners”. all i did was ask if there could be less foam and more of the drink. She has a screw lose.

fastest starbucks i’ve ever been too. placed an order for pick up and usually i have an estimated 10-12 minutes until it may be done and many times it still takes maybe an additional minute or two. anywayyyys this time i ordered the same thing and my wait was only 3-4 minutes and it was ready before i walked in.i enjoyed the fact that the orders are just sitting there for you to grab that way i could just grab and go. because that early in the morning the last thing i want really is to have to talk to a bunch of people before i even have any coffee.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and I'm not sure what drink they made. The sticker shows a white chocolate mocha. There was yellow maybe oil or butter on top I'm not sure! This is unacceptable.

I ordered the shaken apple crisp espresso. They forgot to add any syrup...just tastes espresso and oat milk...called the store and they don't pick up. Our friend picked up the order so unable to correct in store. Upset I didn't get the proper drink.
This place is so dirty, gross. All the floors and tables are disgusting.

Seems parking is always available . Employees are just okay; they should greet the customers and learn how to make the drinks properly.I ordered 2 of my favorite drink which is the caramel ribbon crunch with EXTRA Carmel in one and NO Whipped Cream in the other one. Sadly, they forgot my Extra Caramel and forgot the WhippedCreamin the other one. On top of that the chunks of ice was annoying. Nothing was blended properly. I've never encountered such a poorly made drink at any other location. However... Giving this location 3 STARS because I saw one of my favorite entertainers in there...lol... I was about to freak-out. Other than that, I received 1 STAR drinks.I tipped them $3 by the way..... Note to self: Good tips don't always equal good service nor product

I was thrilled to discover the Starbucks on Robertson Blvd. I am a night owl & since my usual Starbucks drive-through by my house on Highland has been closed for remodeling...I've had not the easiest time finding a Starbucks that's open late! This one I think closes at 10 (apparently there's one nearby, maybe it's inside of Cedars but I couldn't find it) The location is fabulous! & I love that I was able to take a little brisk evening stroll around the neighborhood at night time, not be surrounded by dangerous transients & actually feel safe while being surrounded by so many beautiful people & looking into the many fashionable, elegant & oh so chic stores of all different kinds...& of course an LA Landmark...The Ivy! It's hands down one of the very few places in LA that I can walk at night with my pup & feel very safe.The staff at this Starbucks are amazing. Both baristas were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. They even introduced me to a new feature that I've never seen in any Starbucks before - a tray inside a bag! The bag had two cup holders inside, making it easy for me to carry all three of my drinks at once! Who would've thought!!!The atmosphere of the Starbucks was cozy &comfortable, with a great ambiance for catching up on work or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The music was not too loud, which added to the overall relaxing experience.Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great late night matcha (or whatever drink you fancy!) followed by a little window shopping & people watching experience, especially those looking for a location open after 9 PM. The friendly staff, comfortable, laid back atmosphere, delicious chocolate cold foam with the pink drink (HIGHLY recommend!), unique tray-in-a-bag feature, and fashionable location make it a must-visit spot.
