SUR Restaurant and Lounge

A reasonably priced meal with great tasty food in a beautiful setting. Delicious cocktails too.

I am the biggest fan of VPR and I was extremely disappointed. The service was horrible except for this one wonderful bus boy but our waiter was so rude and the food was terrible and the restaurant just looked run down. Also the servers were pretty much naked like what? Lisa vanderpump would never accept that

If you've ever wondered what it's like to dine inside a Bravo rerun from 2010 that's been left in the sun too long... SUR is your spot. The chairs? Let's just say the “buttonless tufting” feels more like a DIY project that gave up halfway through. And the whole place is so rundown that even the Bravo logo outside looks like it needs therapy. As for the food... it was fine. Not bad, not great, just kind of there Honestly, the ambiance was doing most of the (unintended) comedy heavy lifting. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you're eating in a haunted house furnished by Craigslist, and you love the thrill of wondering whether your chair will collapse mid-bite, SUR delivers.

This was a bucket list visit for me & didn't disappoint. Pumptini was delicious & the goats cheese balls were a must try & were amazing. So glad I was able to visit this restaurant on my busy visit. Best wishes from Scotland xx

Our server was really nice, the other girl serving with him was a little rude, my husband was trying to take a photo of me and placed our water bottle on the table next to us for a second, and she came by and moved it back “someone is going to sit here soon”, and no one ever did sit there the whole time. My reservation was also for my birthday and they didn't do anything special, and the table next to us was a birthday as well and she got a sparkler, so that was kind of disappointing. Food was really good though!

I came to Sur because I'm a vanderpump fan, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how really beautiful this restaurant is and how good the food is! Goat cheese balls are excellent and the steak frites was 10/10. Service was amazing: friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again

Incredibly overpriced for the quality of food and service. Server named Gabriel waited on us and it was clear that he was overwhelmed by the three tables he was responsible for. Waited 25 minutes after our appetizer to be asked whether we would be ordering a main course or not. Even though it was listed as a birthday celebration on the reservation he made no effort to acknowledge this, neither did any other staff.

Every time we go it's great... but it was closed last night, not sure why open table would take my reservation. We are not sure why the restaurant was closed either

We enjoyed Sur, even if we were really just there for the experience. Demi was a great server, and we got to meet Guillermo who was very welcoming. The drinks are strong, but recommend experiencing it at least once!

We did not get to try the food but the place was amazing the drinks were phenomenal and the staff were very welcoming.

Chose this restaurant as a big fan of the show, however, I was pleasantly surprised how good the bar and restaurant was. Service was incredible, cocktails were fab and the food was good. If I was in West Hollywood area, I'd definitely go again.

Our servers were fantastic and attentive, our Mai Tai and Pumptini were awesome as well. The food was just good...not great. The stand out was the blackberry cobbler. The goat cheese balls did not live up to the hype and might need a refresh.

Overall I enjoyed the experience. The service was ok - wasn't exceptional. I was eating solo and could have been a bit more engaging. They cleared the table while I was in the bathroom before I'd paid the bill but replaced the cocktail I had left in the bar. The food was just ok I had the goats cheese balls on crostini - they were nice but I felt the proportions were off a bit and the meatballs while tasty were a bit claggy/stodgy. The cocktails were great and I loved to decor and ambience of the venue - it lived up to the reputation.

Gabby gave us great service! She recognized we were fans and had a lovely chat. Very friendly and very delicious
