-5 stars had a reservation and showed up to the restaurant to find out that it is completely shut down and closed due to vermin infestation. Didn't get notified that this restaurant was closed.

we had a dinner reso for the this past saturday, showed up and it was closed due to rats and looked like it had been closed for a long time.... how was I able to book for 10 people when this is the case? very unhappy with this experience

Santino was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When emailing to make a reservation, he always replied within a timely manner. He was at the door to greet us and checked on us throughout our evening. The decor, the food, the drinks and the ambience was a VIBE!!! Thank u Santino, we will be back.

Overall a poor experience. Made a reservation a month in advance and made a deposit. Confirmed my reservation a day prior. When I got there, I was told I would be seated at the bar. Why wouldn't somebody call me the day before and let me know that my reservation was going to be at a bar and not a table? Then I was told if the reservation that was set 30 minutes after me, did not show up then I would be seated at a table. This was my birthday dinner, so it was highly disappointing to be sitting at a bar with my guest, surrounded by a bunch of people instead of being at a table. Why make a reservation if you're going to be at a bar? And again, why would the people that are coming in 30 minutes after me be reserved to a table? The food was also nothing to ride home about. Super overpriced for the quality. The service was just the bartender so I can't speak too highly about that. The host didn't try to accommodate at all when I stated that I was there for my birthday and was bothered that I made a reservation a month in advance and that I don't want to be at the bar. There are plenty of other beautiful restaurants in LA that are worth going to. Don't waste your time. 
They did not mention their automatic gratuity on the bill. So our waitress was tipped double after I realized this. Our sliders came out 15 minutes before another guest's pizza came out (they were all put in as entrees at the same time) sliders were already cold by the time they hit the table.

Didn't have dinner seating for me & my date, had to eat dinner at the hectic bar. Nothing special about dinner, better as a club. I would never recommend someone to have dinner there, sorry!!

What an amazing experience!!! The food was absolutely outstanding! We sat at the bar and the service was top notch! Plus, the DJ...she was outstanding which added to the very cool ambience and date night we enjoyed! Can't wait to go back!

I paid the fee to reserve a table at 9:30pm on Feb.8 for a special occasion. When I got there, some man in the front said they weren't letting anyone in because some artist named “Tank” was shooting a vid in there so to just come back later for the club... & I didn't get a refund.
Classic Cat doesn't honor RSVPs for 2. They will sit you at the bar if there is space. There is a $5PP fee for RSVPs on OpenTable. OpenTable claims it will be added to your final bill, it was not. The servers select which customers they apply automatic gratuity to. It's not on all customers receipts. As well, they do not inform you they've applied it to your table. Must read your receipt closely after a few drinks lol they are sneaky sneaky sneaky!

I celebrated my birthday there i had A total of 13 people there and they were about to accomadate everyone the only thing i feel They should work on is answering their phone i tried To reach out a few times before reservation but they didn't answer other than that it was a blast!

Such a fierce vibe. The drinks, decor and service is an elevated experience.
I got there and had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. Prior to that I paid 225 each person was 25$ then they didn't even add it to my check like they said it would go to the bill
