Out of basic pastries. Baristas burnt the espresso badly. Large group of people in the outdoor patio area chain smoking. Restroom “out of service”. Coffee Bean should look into the management of this location.

The avocado toast not toasted. saggy bread. I got my regular hot tea in 25 minutes. with very rude people.

I frequent this many Coffee Bean locations all over LA County. I love Coffee Bean! Such great coffee, and typically friendly and well-trained staff. Coffee Bean is my favorite coffee spot. I am still sad about the locations they had to close during the pandemic.

This particular WeHo location is open later than most of the other locations. I LOVE THAT! I make the drive out to this location whenever necessary to get me through a night shift.

The location itself is right on Sunset Blvd, with both indoor and outdoor seating, fire pit, and a sophisticated yet hip and trendy atmosphere.

Parking is available, and is usually not a problem. Sometimes the small lot gets crowded, but I've always been able to park.

I really appreciate the service I get here. Carrie and Claudia are always offering 5-star service, and I really appreciate it. Thoughtful and professional.

This review was previously 4 stars because the bathroom had been closed indefinitely, but is now open again. 5 STARS.

I love coffee bean coffee... unfortunately they have closed several favorite locations..

They allow homeless to come camp out at tables, they allow smokers on the outside patio, not very friendly. $7 for a medium iced coffee

Very Bad Service, We walked in at 9:56pm ,I'm aware they close at 10pm but both baristas said they were already closes, I said you still have 4mnt. One replied that they cleaned the machines already and the other said she can only do teas and coffees, not knowing that we were just going for a simple cup of tea. Of course I told her that with this attitude I did not want anything anymore.
I thought that was not professional at all.
Please somebody correct me if I was wrong.

The most unpleasant of experiences. The staff for the most part are quite rude as others have pointed out. They actually asked a customer to leave simply for being gay and socioeconomicaly marginalized. DISTURBING. The manager was creepily bending over exposing her pink underwear to customers waiting in line. There is a man that comes here to harass the customers asking for a cheese burger and when the customers do not ablige he gets quite hostile and the employees do nothing about him. His name is Dennis. They all seem to know him. The manager knows him by name and does absolutely nothing when he harasses patrons. The cop that responded has links to drug cartels gangs according to the word around town and allegedly a cover up guy for child trafficking and dangerously homophobic. He went completly silent when pressed on this. The supervisor cop has connection to the deranged customer harassing our community. Its all a setup. All caught on tape. Why is he working in West Hollywood of all places?
