This little coffee bean has great customer service, came in and Patricia and David greeted me very kindly. Very patient with taking my order since am lactose they both helped me pick out my drink. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the third time I’ve come between 9:45–9:50 pm, well before the 10 pm closing time, and the same guy that always wears a binney closes early with attitude. If he doesn’t want to work, that’s on him, but the business shouldn’t suffer because he decides to lock up early and call it “cleaning time.” That’s not acceptable. Please address this and speak to him about his attitude and closing procedures.

My husband and I come here almost every night and just have a few issues, the first is the restroom and the second is this black girl who works there which has such a nasty attitude! I don't understand why some days the restroom is available and other days it isn't??? I think they are too lazy to clean it and refuse to with that fake sign on the door knob! The black girl who works there is very unapproachable with her sour face and bad attitude and last night she acted silly as if she doesn't want to work! At times, my husband and I go somewhere else not knowing when she's there!

Horribly run coffee bean. Even if you’re a customer for 15+ years they treat their restroom like they are guarding a fort or something of that nature. Sometimes they decide it’s open and they can walk you to the restroom like your a five year old child. They are always putting up obviously fake out of order signs. The out of order signs are up about 30 to 40% of the time

The drinks here are always amazing. I often get just an iced coffee, and ask for a small side / shot cup of oat milk. I'll throw in a stevia. Its really good. My daugher likes the unhealthy sugar fraps lol

Not far from my job, I come here often. Service is usually good. Had an issue today, when I left I realized my order was not made right. I had to be back in the office by a set time, I was pretty angry about it - but i couldn't do anything you know?

The unethical Coffee Bean employee Claudia refused to provide the restroom code during business hours ( 9:30pm), stating, “We just cleaned it and don’t want it to get dirty again.” I was then forced to disclose a private medical condition to another employee to gain access. This conduct is unacceptable and may violate public accommodation, disability access, and privacy laws.

The day prior, two minutes before closing, Claudia refused to prepare drinks until we offered an excessive tip, then provided a substandard drink and began closing early. This suggests coercive tipping and denial of service before posted closing time.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will file complaints with corporate, the DOJ Civil Rights Division (ADA), the state civil rights agency, the state attorney general/consumer protection office, the local health department, and applicable labor authorities, and I will consider further legal action.

I bought a coffee here, asked to go to the toilet, but they refused me, they suggested going across the road to another bar! Terrible service and unfriendly staff!

The facilities are very clean and bright here. Good temp, great view, fast service and great drinks! Compared to all the other places we've visited as tourists here in West Hollywood, their prices are very good.

The situation in Los Angeles is worse. The toilet is working, but the staff won't let you in. Violation of customer service rules. The government needs to pay attention to this! 08/02/2025
