The Red Fish provides an outstanding and fabulous dining experience. The food is absolutely amazing, delicious, divine, and incredibly fresh. Dishes are done beautifully with great presentation and are full of flavor. Specific highlights include the yellowtail carpaccio, the ribeye, the Brussels sprouts, the sushi that melts like butter, the lamb chops, the New York strip, the pasta, and the freshly cut oysters. The edible gold and the chefs' work with ice are also noted. Portions are fair.
The service is spectacular, great, excellent, attentive, friendly, genuinely personable, and professional. It truly elevates the entire experience. The seating is very comfortable and the atmosphere is impressive. Many guests express surprise that the restaurant is not more crowded and state they will definitely be back.
