I do love Urth cafe. Great salads, desserts, matcha, and yummy paninis. Technically, this isn't something that can be held against them, but this location had a lot of young loud teens or college boys. This might be their meet up on a Saturday night. So just be aware they take over the area. It makes for an unpleasant atmosphere. Especially if you're trying to unwind and catch up with a friend.
I only tried the matcha latte, and I didn’t enjoy it. The menu was confusing, and I wasn’t given the chance to customize my drink—the guy didn’t explain anything, so you just end up with whatever he decides. That said, the place itself is lovely, a charming spot on Melrose with beautiful outdoor seating.

This location is the one I’ve been visiting for a while. Every time I visit, it’s always fully packed by tourists and local public, but still you can feel a LA vibes here and have wonderful lunch 🥪
