Verve Coffee Roasters

One of the prettier Verve cafes out there but soulless. Staff looked liked they didn’t wanna be there, didn’t ask if I wanted to warm up my croissant either. Matcha was pretty bad (straight powder in milk vibes). Wouldn’t come here again tbh.

Edit: Chocolate croissant sucks too, genuinely shocking how different this one is from the other Verve locations i’ve been to.

I heard this review at little redbook, trying to find a place to work. Price is not cheap food is normal, but they can’t even heat a cold
croissant, which is pretty shock, the cold soggy croissant tasted very bad. Seating looks fine, many options

Great atmosphere. My coffee shop of reference for doing some work or for seeing friends in a relaxed mood.

Busy. No parking. Hard to find a seat. Noisy . Went to meet friend for coffee

I drove about 34 minutes to get to this place, only to be disappointed. On Google Maps, it clearly says they open at 7:00 AM, so I made sure to arrive right around that time. But when I got there, a guy who works there told me, “We only open at 8:00 AM.”

This is really frustrating if your hours have changed, please update them online so people don’t waste their time. It might seem like a small thing, but for those of us who have to plan ahead and travel a decent distance, it matters.

Not like it once was. The service is just so bad. Avo toast was sold out. No big deal. Asked about the breakfast sandwich. His response was “it’s the next best option. I don’t know what you want it to be” but never describing what it actually was. Absolutely insane customer service experience.

Went for the flat white, it was delicious. Stayed for the dogs!

Best flat white in Weho. Strong, smooth and rich flavour. And almond croissant was also excellent. Not loaded with sugar and excellent crisp thin pastry. Really good!!
